I dealt with Tristan Clark the store manager and she was amazing and helped me get my loan and was such a friendly person! I believe she deserves a raise for how hard of a worker she was and the overall experience was amazing! I would recommend her to anyone!

When I arrived at TitleMax I was immediately greeted by Tristan, who was very professional and polite. The process was much easier than I expected and it was over before I knew it. Tristan was kind and helped me feel very comfortable by engaging me in conversation as we waited for the application approval. I received more than I expected and couldn't be happier!

Great interest rates and wonderful customer service! Both times I have ever used them, Ryan has just been the kindest, most helpful customer service rep I have ever dealt with. His sunny personality makes him so well suited for his job! I definitely recommend checking them out.

I had a very good experience here. Tristian was the store manager that attended me. She was very knowledgeable and answered any and all question I had. The process was fairly quick, 30 minutes if all goes well.

They helped me and my gf get the money we needed quick and easy. The payments weren't to much that we couldn't afford it. We are forever grateful that they were able to help us out.
