I came in with no real expectation but was shocked my the customer service provided. I was assisted by the general manager Tristan and was in and out within an hour with all the money I needed and a little extra. Thank you girls for everything.

Walked in and Stephanie Duncan was waiting with a smile on her face. She was extremely friendly and very helpful. She answered all of my questions and got me taken care of extremely fast. Couldn't be more satisfied

Kevin Blankenship told me I would receive 50$ if I went to them instead of another title loan place because I live 1 hour away I explained how I don't have gas to drive for nothing he told me what I needed so I drove over and instead of asking and explaining the process over the phone he told me to come 50$ is waiting for you I get they're realizing I can't get a loan because I have a co signer and I needed they're approval which he didn't explain at all and wasted half my day and caused me to practically break down going home because I didn't have gas thanks title max I won't ever refer you
