The ladies are very thorough,and make sure toy understand your payments and when they're due. They would answer any and all questions that you have in a very professional manor. You would definitely get some laughs while you're here to. I would recommend you anyone.

Great company but this location on melrose has the worst customer service. A general manager with no people skills and a bad attitude. I asked for an extension that I was told I could not have and was directed to call friends and family to borrow the money to make a payment. I am very displeased with this location. I called title max complaint dept and filed a complaint and also got the one week extension I needed. Thank you title max. I am a repeat customer and will continue to use this company in time of need but will never use or recommend their melrose rd. location ever again.
