VERY IMPRESSED!!! I came with a friend to support her the loan wasn't even for me! But the General Manager Jennifer was great! she was friendly, open and made us feel like we were family. The process was fast and easy. If I am ever in need I will definitely come here!!

Me and my husband hit a real hard spot and the staff was just so sweet and amazing. They were truly life savers. They did everything they could to help us we had three kids with us when we went in and they were super amazing about the extra little ones we had with us. I highly recommend they are awesome.

Jennifer Ready is the one who helped me, and my fiance. She was super sweet and very friendly. Any questions we had she answered immediately. She was extremely courteous!

I came in for the first time desperately needing cash to help bring my man home from off the ocean. I have just had neck surgery and shouldn't be driving but am to help my love. They went above and beyond to help me sign up, get as much money as my vehicle would allow. They were so friendly and truly cared about me and my situation.

Have been to the Galax VA Titlemax location several times. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. When I came there the first time years ago when Alicia was there, to now with Jennifer or Brittany, they understand people's situations and are very courteous and helpful.

Amazing quick service. In and out within 30 minutes. Lady who helped me was beyond helpful and courteous. I will definitely be a repeat customer if nothing else because of the fantastic service, attitude of the company and it's employees and the ease of using the app to keep up with balances and making payments.

We just finished paying off our title loan with these gals today and this experience has been the best we have ever experienced with a loan company! They truly care about their customers and are so helpful and kind! I couldn't write enough about how impressed I was dealing with these ladies! I will definitely be using them again if we require a fast and easy loan in the future!

Horrible, horrible experience! The staff are nice assisting you in getting the loan but it all goes down hill after you get it. The fees are OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!! I ended up paying MORE than they told me I would be paying. Then they call you the SAME DAY the payment is due. For what??? At least wait til it's a day late. I would NOT recommend these people at all! Thank GOD I finished paying my loan off and got my title back!

I am giving 5 stars to the Titlemax of Galax, Va without hesitation. From the entrance to the exit my experience with Jennifer Reedy was courteous, professional and most importantly, Sincere. Bad situations need more people like her in the middle of them. I am grateful for your amazing service to our family!!

The woman Judy at the Galax store in the Walmart parking lot was very helpful. She went well over the normal to help me get the amount I needed to get my car fixed. She was a joy to meet and a great representative of the company.

I called and talked with Jennifer Reedy. She told me what was needed and set up the appointment. I came in, we talked about conditions, disclosures, and what the loan was needed for. We filled out the paperwork and while we were waiting we talked about random things and I didn't feel like I was at a bank and treated like another number in a system....I would definitely refer to a friend

came in and paid off my loan and you would have thought I did something amazing! lol these girls really made me feel good and I didn't even do anything but pay my bill like I was supposed to! What trip they are! I love it! if I have to do it again I will go back and see these girls again!! Thanks Ya'll!!!
