We need more people like Walia (the store manager) in the world. I like her customer service. She was very nice and answered all my questions. Makes you feel comfortable. Explains everything perfectly and makes sure you understand ,☺️

Came in for a car loan, Danny the general manager helped me. The process was quick and easy, very professional. I didn’t have my physical title with me but Danny helped me get it on line and the mvd website. Very pleased with the service provider and highly recommend.

Luis was awesome. So was his coworker but I can’t remember her name. Sorry! They were ultra professional, welcoming, and just wanted to help. Thank you again!!!

I had been there in the past and the customer experience was subpar... going in this past week was like the twilight zone! I felt like a local celebrity with the service that was provided when I walked in. I was assisted by a young lady named Lia and the general manager named Daniel...together they worked hand in hand to get me approved for what I need at an affordable payment. Never once did I just feel like a customer, this company and their employees go above and beyond. I'm glad I decided to give the location a 2nd chance.

Honestly I was scared about getting a title loan. The experience was very soothing tho. From the moment I walked in it was an overall amazing experience. Angie (Store Manager) helped me through it all with patience. I had a million and one questions and she had a million and one plus some answers. Open, honest and polite I would do business here again. Satisfied all my worries and the process was a breeze.

I never had a title loan before yesterday and I walked in with many negative preconceived ideas from stories I had been told. My experience was NOTHING like the stories. Walia S. greeted me immediately as did both of the managers. The place was spotless clean, smelled good, and there was not a long line. My title required a transfer and the staff was absolutely amazing. Instead of sending me off to the DMV, they contacted their 3rd party vendor and then drove the 45 mins each way to make sure I had what I needed. They went so far above and beyond to make sure I had my needs met that I was boggled. I truly can’t say enough about this location. I loved and appreciated all the staff; however, I have to have a special shout out to Walia. Her manner, her conversation, and her entire energy was something I would have expected at a spa day of healing She is a refreshing gem of kindness and soul during a financially stressful time. I never had a title loan before yesterday, but I can say with certainty I will never hesitate to get one if so need it again due to the level of respect, courtesy, and outstanding customer service I received. I took out my first title loan and Laura and Michelle were very helpfull on explaining how the title loan works. They were always polite when I payed in person and it was nice I had the opportunity to pay over the phone.
