I was greeted by the store manager Yesenia Urias with a lovely smile and very friendly inviting greeting. I knew at once that I was making the right decision. When everything else I tried to do to get the money for my car to get the transmission rebuilt and I was constantly turned down, Title Max came through for me and I truly greatly appreciate it. TitleMax will be paid every month on time until the loan is completely paid off either early or as stated in the contract thank you again. My appointment time was 2:30 it is now 3:20 really very quick. They have made my holidays a very happy one. Thank you once again Yesenta.

Danny is the man! I've been cleaning the windows for him for years. I often get to see him and his team dealing with customers and I'm always very impressed with the professionalism they have. They are honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and have integrity. They don't view their customers as another sale, they really care. Have been there before with Parnell and Maria and they were awesome. Maria is still there and now they have Daniel. The staff that is working there now is also awesome. I am very pleased with the customer service and will go back even though we live so far away. It is expensive in the end but sometimes you have to do what you have to do.
