I just wanted to say title max was a life saver!!! This company is honestly the best title company to go to! They are very understanding , compassionate, and caring. Me and my boyfriend came in today to see about getting a title loan and both the Adrianna's were so very helpful and so very nice! They are both very knowledgeable.I'm really glad we came in today and I'm glad we got to have this experience with both the Adrianna's. Thank you title loan for being here through the tough times!

I went to title max on 19th ave and Indian school, where I was helped by Adriana. I had forgot some paper work that was needed so I left and came back on the same day. title max was closing when i arrived. Adriana knew how important the the loan was for me and she stayed the extra time to make sure i got exactly what I needed. Her ride had came for and they had to waite , i really appreciate the effort she put into costumer service. i highly recommend coming to this title max even if you have to drive a little further to get there its worth it. thanks for all your hard work and you were very friendly. Adriana has been very professional... I have gotten 2 title loans and had very good experiences. Got my car repoed once and had to pay $750 to get it back but that was my fault. If you have bad things to say is because you haven't paid your bill, simple as that.

Jennifer and Adrianna we very helpful I did not have the proper documentation needed for my vehicle and they told me how to go about getting it without a charge. The process was fast and they are very friendly and got me back more than I needed. Great service all around.

I tested positive for COVID. I called to see if I could get an extension because I am not able to work right now...the store manager told me that they do not have anything in place for COVID. If you're late the interest builds. There is nothing they can do.
