This was the first time I ever applied for a title loan and I was very hesitant to move forward initially. However, Jay was really helpful and let me know all of the ins and outs of the loan so that nothing would catch me off guard. He was kind, honest and treated me exactly how I would treat my customers.you cannot ask for much more than that.. Would recommend to anyone.

Place is super nice and seem to really actually care about you! Not just try to take from you. Especially Luis he worked with me and tried to help me as best as they could. Title Max Title Rules! From the moment I walked thru the door til the time I left I was treated like a VIP by Louis the manager at TitleMax at 2311 Glendale Ave in Phoenix. I was offered refreshments and taken great care of immediately by the manager himself. Louis did the absolute most when it came to helping me secure my title loan. He made it happen for me when no one else could. What can I say except Louis is awesome! He even made sure the person who recommended me to him got their referral fee on the spot. Now who you know rocking with you when times are hard like that?Don't worry...I'll wait. No one else is and you know it fam! So what are you waiting for run don't walk to TitleMax and ask for Louis so he can get you right.

Yerania was professional over the phone and gave me all the info I needed to come in and apply for a title loan. Once I arrived I was warmly greeted and the service was phenomenal, I got an even larger loan than expected.
