"Justice Here"! Visited title loan on 35th ave Thomas Rd on Monday, was greeted by a bubbly smiling young lady by the name of Andrea she is very professional and great customer service her co-worker Eva doesn't stay behind. I was very pleased with their customer service n' Andrea's personality, she was very patient with me n' answered all of my questions. Thank u Andrea!!! But as for the loan I did ask for a somewhat amount, but that Finance charge is ridiculous the total payments would have been almost 30,000 double of what we asked for with a monthly payment of 1,000 a month. I actually had to turn it down, I then accepted a lesser amount with a monthly payment of 622.15 and that too was to high, so I decided to return the money the next day since u do have 24 hrs to cancel! I accepted an amount I was comfortable paying back. I appreciate title max being here for when I needed them. They were here to loan out the money but it comes with a high finance charge, if paid off sooner it should be less. But after all title max works when ur in a bind!!!
