Immediately upon entering title max on ST Mary's Rd I was welcomed with a huge smile by Thelma. Thelma is the loan officer who took care of me and boy was she Nice. She was very helpful and patient with the minor issues I had come up with my account. She quickly solved the issue and then proceeded to helping me qualify for a loan I so much needed. Even when I felt I wouldn't be approved she reassured me made it clear that she would do everything she could to help. I was pleased with the customer service and also was very impressed at how clean and sanitary the location was. They made sure to make me feel comfortable with snacks and coffee while I waited for my funds. I highly recommend title max on ST Mary's road west of Tucson to anyone looking for a very fast loan. Especially the beautiful smiles.

I spoke with Norma Vasquez on Saturday, she was very friendly and informative. I had to gather some information prior to her actually being able to help me out completely. I went in again on Monday after getting everything I needed and again she was super friendly and helpful, as was Graciela who greeted me when I first walked in. Great customer service was provided by them both.
