I am not a customer at this location, but I was forced to contact this location due to the rudeness and incompetence of Juana, the manager at Roger & Oracle. I called the Prince & Flowing Wells location and spoke to YVONNE, whom I believe was the manager at this location. Although I am not a customer at this location, Yvonne was willing to assist me and was extremely helpful in resolving a simple issue. Although she was not required or obligated to help me, she took to the time to listen to me and assist me. I highly recommend this location and would ask for Yvonne, she’s very professional and courteous to Title Max customers. 🌟💫

The ladies at the Prince Rd location provided excellent services when I arrived on a Saturday, close to closing, to take out a title loan. They stayed a little late to complete the process, were professional and polite, which made it a comfortable experience. I highly recommend title max services at the Prince Rd location as a solution for short term financial matters.

I was in desperate need of money fast even though there was an issue with being an out of state title plus the title was under my parents still but the agent here was extremely helpful she was able to help me get a new title with my name officially and after a quick inspection I had my money the next morning being I got there near closing time........most places wouldnt even think to help you with all of that.. they would just send you away telling you to come back when you have everyone done yourself .. so I am really grateful because the agent didn't know how badly I needed the money Thank you guys so much! You helped keep a roof over our head and off the streets !! 10/10 would recommend

If you delt with repo men, 1 in a cobalt colored car, 1 in a white tow truck... please send me their names. I filed criminal damages to property, harassment and other charges against these 2. Your car is mot stolen, they can unhook it. These are henchmen hired by titlemax for problem repos. They are doing illegal activities to repo cars. Please report to law enforcement

I had a loan with them before, The ladies are very friendly and positive and want to help as much as they can. Samantha was fun and upbeat and made me comfortable.
