Delia was absolutely amazing!!! I live an hour away so I called before coming and she offered to stay late. She was very thorough with everything, which I really appreciated. Very outgoing and genuine person! She deserves a raise 😊

The staff of the TitleMax, in Plano, is of the utmost quality. They are very sincere and incredibly helpful. The staff were more than willing to answer every question that I had to ask. To emphasize, just as I walked in, Nico had greeted me with a very friendly smile and as I walked over to Sofia, she also had a big and friendly smile on her face with an eagerness to help me with what I needed. Sofia had an answer to every question that I had and she made everything very straight forward and easy, I had no difficulty whatsoever with the process. Sofia had been so kind and friendly that at one point I wanted to ask her for her phone number. I never thought that I’d walk in and fall in love with the beautiful girl from TitleMax but that just so happens to be the truth. Hopefully the next time I make a payment, I’ll sum up the courage to ask Sofia for her phone number 🙂. All in all, both Sofia and Nico are great and generous people.

If your look for some extra cash to pay a few bills an you have a clear title. Titlemax in Plano, IL. Was a good experience for me. Few weeks back had to catch up on a couple things an the manager Rinaldo Martnez made it very simple process for me. He was very professional an was able to get me a little more than I expected. I would recommend him if you call there. Definitely mention my name Wally told you to stop in.

Before gettting a loan I talked to Nico and she was really nice to me over the phone. She told me what I needed to bring in order to get the loan. I went to later on to the store and Sophia took care of me and gave me a loan. She was really helpful and knowledgeable with the process and explain everything that was going on. Everyone here was really nice to me and gave me the loan that I really needed, not compared to the Title Max of Aurora. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

This place is amazing. The store manager michael went above to make sure we got what we needed. The customer service is awesome. Even when my husband and I was frustrated, michael was VERY professional and courteous with the understanding of our needs.
