Amazing customer service! Very clean store! Not overcrowded. The staff was very knowledgeable and so nice. Chris is the gentleman that helped me. I even learned a few things about jewelry while I was there! Very fair prices! I'd recommend this shop to anyone looking for a pawn shop and they have numerous locations. Found a very cute pair of earrings I bought myself while I was there too!

I called the shop on a Saturday and spoke with Marcelo. He was very helpful on the phone, confirmed he had the item in stock that I wanted (Honda generator), and was very patient as I asked questions about the equipment. I wasn’t able to make it the same day but I made it there three days later and he remembered our conversation and exactly what I was looking for. He let me test the unit (start it, use Klein tools plug tester to check voltage) and even helped load it into my truck, lol. Very kind, helpful people. Very fair price. I will definitely keep them in mind for my next equipment/tool needs.

1st timer. Was super nervous 😬! The team was so nice! Originally I wanted to sell my items and I didn’t want to be taken advantage of. After talking with Chris, he gave me some exceptional advice. They are very fair on their loans so I ended up taking the loan. The team is willing to work with you the best they can to help you for immediate needs when you are caught in a bind. Also, they have amazing prices on items they sell. Recommend for loans and for buying! Thanks for your help - bless you all 🙏❤️

Yesenia is a great employee! She has great attitude, very cheerful and can tell she wants to be here and very helpful. She will be seeing a lot more of me the days she works. And can count more of my business just the way she was. Marcelo was also very helpful and kind. Very nice environment and will keep doing business with them. They both made me feel welcomed and made me smile walking right through the door.

I wish I could leave -5 stars. When 88 Pawn was owned by Ron the shop was AMAZING. Incredible customer service and overall general care for other people as a local business owner. I could not say enough positive things about the previous owner and company. Once Sterling & Knight took over the whole store has been horrible. I highly recommend going to any other local shop in the area and avoiding this store. After the ownership transferred this store began using SMS marketing to reach out to all of the previous contacts that had worked with Ron. I did not opt-in to receive text marketing from this company. They encouraged that customers stop back in and give them a try. My first experience with the store was horrible!!! Very challenging people to work with and absolutely will not negotiate. This includes small loans of $100. Overall poor service. I shared my frustrations with the shop owner and he apologized profusely. A few months later I thought I would try the shop again. The second time around I received the same service only worse! The so called "manager, but not manager" mauriceo low balls offers claiming that he cannot re-sell items and that everyone abandons their items left at the store. When asked for $20 more than the initial offer mauriceo rudely negotiated over the $20 and said he finally would come up by $10. Thanks, but no thanks! I would rather go down the street to a store that cares about their customers.

I brought some jewelry there and when I brought in some computer stuff, that was brand new not even 6 months old… I was only given $80 for all of it. The value I spent was well over $850. Chris gave me almost $200 for gold that I brought it weeks prior. But a brand new monitor, laptop, headset and light up keyboard and mouse was only $80. I was unable to back out of the deal once given the appraisal and didn’t have much of a choice. He was huffing and puffing because it took over 35 minutes for Chris to even give me the lowball offer.. I really think it was a big rip off and even the manager didn’t have much to say. I wish I was given way more than what I gave them. overall never going there again I can promise you that. Won’t refer anyone either.

This was my first time here. Both Gabby and Marcello we're so nice. Being my first time I had a lot of questions which they answered in detail. I got more than fair price for my items. I felt very comfortable here since I had never done this before. They are remodeling, I believe expanding, and I look forward to visiting again. This place is actually amazing! From the selection of items and especially the customer service. The best interaction I had with the staff easily goes to a young lady that works there. (She did tell me her name however I definitely forgot but will update this post later) I didn’t pawn anything but will post another review after I have a pawn experience. BTW this is the only pawn shop I have ever left a good review about to date.

I’ve dealt with a few different shops in my life time, but there is no comparison to the care and respect that comes from these guys. I was late for a bit after hitting a rough patch. Any other place would of just took my belongings without question, but Sterling and Knight not only made sure I kept an opportunity to receive my stuff back, but were very understanding of my situation.

Had a crazy selection of games and tools and other items. The guy Omar there was great very professional gave me a great deal ! Would recommend going 10/10

Great staff. Great prices on gold. Whether it is buying selling or loaning. Anything from Jewelry to Electronics. If they don't have it they'll find one for a good price all around Great spot for deals

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service was awful. No masks worn by any employees. Stuff all over the floors. And offered me sixty dollars for a two month old Kay jewelers 550 dollar ring. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

I brought in an item to sell and was greeted with professionalism and a pleasant attitude. As we talked over the ins and outs of the transaction, I was satisfied with our settling price. Their store is a bit small and they could use a little more merchandise but I wouldn't hesitate to buy and sell there again.
