I have to admit, initially I was a bit skeptical about borrowing for the first time, but after voicing my concerns to Rachael, my mind was quickly put at ease. She was absolutely wonderful! We often are very quick to complain about service we receive but when we receive good service there is typically no acknowledgement. Due to the nature of Rachel's business I am sure it can turn negative very quickly. She is always professional and gets to the task at hand.
