If you want a great customer experience, ask for Ricardo Artiga! I have dealt with him twice now and he is very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and has a wonderful attitude. Good customer service is hard to find nowadays, especially in this industry, so finding Ricardo is like finding a diamond in the desert.
