Denice doesn't even greet you walking in the door! So her customer service gets a zero! 2 people in the store & she cannot say welcome to Title Max 😒 when a 3rd person walks in the store; to pay off my loan. Never again will I come here. I will go without before I come here for a loan. What's with Title Max & customer service? Even 7-11 says welcome; when you w first walk in the door! 🧐This store is dirty and smells! Denice needs customer service 101. You need to wear a mask in this store.

What can I say about this location will location is ok but when u walk into the store it smells like sewer I feel so bad for the girls working there. Robin the store manager tried to make me feel better about the smell by spraying pumpkin spice but it didn’t do anything I got my loan and try to get out of there ASAP! They ladies in there are great and very polite and care about their customer and what they need!! But you need to fix the smell For the girls and The customers! This girls don’t need to be smelling that all day That very bad for their health a Concern customer, I heard three other customer come In And complain. THANK YOU ROBIN FOR TRYING UR BEST

Just went into that store and I was help by think her name was Robin she was very knowledgeable help me out by letting me know that everything is ok and I was very worried that I was going to lose my vehicle due to I am having hardship but Robin and Denise assured me that they want to help me get my title back and willing to work with me. It feels good that I can sleep at night knowing that everything is ok. Thank you again Robin and Denise.

I've gotten a couple title loans through this store, and the experience has been great every time. We all know getting a title loan is something you do when you're desperate - and I was, each time. But the staff has always been very professional, and downright nice, each and every time I've gone in. Not once have I been made to feel badly for needing to use their services. And on those occasions when I've needed an extra day ... again, no hassles. Just a lot of professionalism, courtesy, and a goodly dose of understanding. Yes, getting a title loan is insanely expensive. But it sometimes beats the alternative. And having a great staff to deal with makes it a lot easier.

Title Max is my go to place when I need a loan. Quick & easy process. The employees are always helpful especially Robin, she is very friendly and eager to help me as soon as I walk in the door. I highly reccomend this location.

When it comes to initial customer service Robin is awesome. The problem is the loan I got wasn't even half of what I was approved for and was told if I needed more it would be available, but that time came I was denied no questions asked not even how much I needed. Very disappointing....
