I just wanted to give high praise to Jesse at titlemax. He was very friendly and courteous. He took his time explaining the loan to me and how it works. I had alot of questions to ask him. Today 3/16/22 is my 3rd time at this location for a Title Loan and have worked directly with Manny each time. He is very professional and understanding to most personal circumstances and is willing to work with you as much as he can with an open line of communication. If I could give no stars i would but you have to in order to write a review. I had a family emergency come up and I went into this location trying to inquire about getting a title loan on my vehicle. When I walked in I was never greeted or even acknowledged that I was there. There was only one customer in office and other girl working was sitting at her desk didn't seem busy. I walked over to her and she was very rude told me I needed to wait she was busy anyway 20mins later i was still sitting so I googled other title loan companies near by that could help me and I left and went to a better place that treated me with such a warm friendly welcome. Thanks for your terrible service or i wouldn't of found this great place with great rates too.

Everyone that works at this location have all been very helpful and friendly every time I've been here. The e.Charleston & Maryland location is only 2 blocks away from where I live, but I'd rather drive the extra distance because of how wonderful the customer service is thats provided at this location (on Eastern & e.Sahara). HUGE THANKS to everyone at ths location, Your extremely pleasant and welcoming personalities are appreciated very much!
