Went in on 11/15/21 at around 12:30 to double check some income info. I was greeted very quickly with a welcoming tone by Verenise. I had explained my income needed some verification and I wanted to do it online, but was having trouble with the website. Luckily, Verenise offered to verify the income in the store and I could use their computer to print it out. Definitely saves the trip to FedEx and the hassle of having to wait and pay for it!! While waiting, we had a conversation about Starbucks (used to work there myself) and recommended her the chestnut praline flavor! In a matter of minutes, Verenise was able to verify my income and informed me that I was able to apply online again! I expected to be a lot longer but with Verenise’s help, I was in and out in less than 15 mins!! Great staff!

They don't help/ prioritize the customer they maximize profit over helping and taking care of the customer.
