There is a Latin woman that works at this Location, on the taller side that looks like she has a corset on; she yelled at me in front of everyone, "WE'RE NOT TAKING IT." Waiving me away with Prejudice, and I hadn't uttered more than few questions. Everyone being serviced at the register's looked over at me in disbelief. Being a Christian I let it slide off, but thinking about it she should not be working in a service position. I'm a 5"4' skinny nerd with glasses, I have a polite tone, I'm a person of Faith... why put me through that?

Very limited items, they will hardly buy anything off of you.

Horrible customer service! I walked into an empty store, there were three clerks working and not one of them asked if I needed help. So rude! After evaluating them, I could see why they were working there, as opposed to a Real Customer Service Job. One star Only cause I have to.

This place doesn't deserve any star. Notice when you walk inn that they have nothing on the selfs This was my first time walking inn to this location & this is my first review IV ever toke the time write I hope this gets to some one in charge or district manager , just in case I will be reaching out to the district mngr my self so I'm even taking the time to do that.walk in with gold today & was told by the asst. Manager that they don't take gold so I proceeded like I didn't hear that so I suggest to verify my gold she answered & confirm that yes it's gold & then again she said we don't take gold . "what's going on here" I felt in ways I can't describe. Never ever again will I come here but I will spread the word to my community & refer you and anyone else to go anywhere else but here to this location .

First time in And I was immediately Helped by an Individual named Robert. And I will be Honest. This Guy was Born to Do what he's doing..Very well informed about the Prices and He did great at putting a first timer like myself at ease about the process and walked me through the Fire like Jesus..I will be doing more business there strictly as a result of him..no other employee greeted me not even offered to help until Robert came from the back...The guy should be manager and I told a few of my friends about the experience and they will be going just for the opportunity to be serviced like a customer should! First time selling to a pawnshop in decades. Was expecting it to be a hassle. I had an X-box I wasn't using and needed some money. They gave me near the high end price online trade-in companies valued it at while providing same day cash in hand. I recommend them.

Yo why is someone promoting their nails on photos?

I went to this location not to long ago to sell my watch and the price I got was reasonable. But the lady I was speaking to do the sale was completely clueless and seemed lazy. She had a hard time opening a box so she asked me to open it, a basic watch box that slides up, and then after I agreed on the price instead of putting everything back the way it was, she just started throwing pieces needed out and then instead of counting out and handing me the cash, she just placed it on the counter and said have a good day and ran off. I just didn’t get a good vibe and I felt like I should’ve sold my watch else where like eBay. It’s not a bad store, but the quality of the employees varies.
