And they respectfully call me saying, “ hey man, I’m not trying to harass or bug ya,” just letting you know you’re late, and wanted you to know the fees associated with that.” Just let me know when you think you’ll be able to take card if it, and you won’t hear from me again, until the following day that you say. No pressure. No harassing. Cool folks.

I went and got a title loan from TitleMax yesterday. I really didn’t want to do it but due to COVID I needed to pay some bills. They weren’t very busy so it was quick and easy. David Lew was the gentleman that helped me. He was thorough and explained in detail about the loan since it was my first time. I don't recommend getting a loan from Titlemax. My boyfriend got a title loan from TitleMax. Got behind on the payments, so they took his bike. He was able to pay off his loan and pick up his bike from the tow yard (lAA) only to get it back with damages all over the bike 😡😡😡😡the first photo was taken before they took the bike. The other photos was how we got the bike back. It also looks like they tried to steal his gas tank. The tow yard (IAA in Phoenix) told us we need to speak to TitleMax about the damages. TitleMax is telling us we need to speak to lAA. Neither wants to be responsible for the damages they caused. We were also told by one of the employees at TitleMax that they receive a lot of complaints about people getting their vehicles back in damaged condition. #TitleMax 😡😡😡😡

Usually when I enter one of these places, it feels more like a used car dealership...I just get hounded. This time I never felt that way. The manager (David) was super helpful and explained everything to me. Next time I am in need, I will definitely be coming back here.
