Olivia is amazing! About a month ago I was enduring one of the hardest times of my life. Olivia was, patient, understanding, empathetic, and she made me feel like everything was going to be okay. I had so many questions and I was so stressed and she never once was frustrated with me and genuinely wanted to help me. Thank you so much, Olivia! Title loans are always a hard decision, and my last resort. I finally was free of a title loan. I had been paying for a long time with a different company. I had so many issues with that company. With TitleMax, everything is up front and I feel like even though it is a business at the end of the day, it's definitely more customer driven than other title loan companies. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Jonathan was so nice and helpful. I was thoroughly entertained by him. Which I was not expecting from a loan business. He treated me with respect even though I was dressed very casually. It may not seem like a big deal but most people won't care about you if you don't put effort into the way you look. When I asked for phone charger, he brought out a very long one out for me to use. I just don't meet any good hearted people like Jonathan anywhere I go. I would definitely return to this location in the future. I had Jonathan is representative and I did not appreciate his customer service. He was too busy talking about himself and his other cars leaving no focus on my loan or the customer service he should have been providing. He asked me on multiple occasions to write a positive review. Very unprofessional. Pretty sure most of the reviews on here about Jonathan was from him nagging to them to write it.
