Went in to ask a few questions about a loan was greeted on entrance and even though I was one of a few I was taken care of quickly and will definitely be back to get the loan discussed! Customer service here is top tier i left knowing id be back because of how confident/competent the employee was in what she was doing which is rare these days!

Today I walked into the tile max on 16st and Thomas as I stepped through the door Stephanie nicely greeted me. I needed some information about getting a loan she had answered every question I had. I will return to this location in the future also recommend you to stop by if you ever need a quick loan.

I am retired but employed many people in my lifetime and can tell when I see a star1 Sara is a star, she has a great personality, explains things very well and is very fast and efficient! I only have one suggestion for TitleMax I hope to be starting a new business shortly you best pay her well as I will try and sway her to come and work for me. This place is great especially if your in a bind and need cash fast! Yadira and Ricardo were fantastic, and were able to get me more money then I originally qualified for to help me out! If I'm ever in a bind and need a loan this is the only place I'd go!
