So that I don’t spell her name wrong, I will refer to the young lady in the office that assisted me as Ms. D! This was my first time doing business with the company and based on the experience I had with Ms D, I don’t think I would ever use any other title loan company! Ms. D literally made my day just by being so friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate, and she was even super relatable. I’ve been having a really tough time lately so I went in with the mindset that things weren’t going to go well and all I needed was that motivation from Ms. D to keep the faith and get the job done which is exactly what happened. Normally, I’m closed off with strangers, today, it literally felt like I was speaking with a friend of mine that I’ve known for years. With that said, I highly recommend this store location b/c everyone was friendly and made me feel at home, most importantly, I never felt any pressure. Thank you so much!!

We have been with them for 12 years now and he still takes care of us every time. Nicole has a very sweet personality. She explained the entire process while continuing to complete my transaction. The comfortable, clean, spacious atmosphere gave me privacy that I preferred during this transaction. After leaving a TitleMax at a different location (5 Points) in severe frustration I contacted Ms. Ivonne at this location. I just wanted to get a number to voice my complaint and once that was complete I did not want to do service withTitleMax. I explained what has happened at the prior location to Ivonne. She attentively listened to an irrate me. She told me where she was located and I drove out of my area to speak with her. I was greeted by another representative Danielle as well as Yvonne. They apologized repeatedly for the previous store situation. I was so impressed how they added me that I decided to do my title loan. Thank God for Representatives who are courteous professional friendly and empathetic! Especially dealing with someone as angry as I was. They saved a customer and I appreciate them! NOW IM RECOMMENDING EVERYONE I KNOW TO TO THAT LOCATION. I want them to have my experience on GreenSprings not in 5 points.

I’ve had a bill that I had to pay and TitleMax helped me out as far as paying that bill. I got a title loan and their lending process took 30 minutes. The experience was quick, easy and good. I was helped by Amy who had a very professional and nice attitude.
