I got nothing but attitude from the time I walked in I smiled and said hello Demetria was very rude I asked was she ok and she replied why . I just prayed I had already had a hard day . You can’t judge someone because they are in need of financial help I called ahead of time and asked what I needed and Demetria told me I had everything but after filled everything out and copies were made another person walked over and said I’m sorry we are able to help you . God is good I will be blessed beyond measure.

Bria was very helpful, processional, and processed my loan in a timely fashion. Speedy Cash didn’t give me the run around unlike other companies, I’d definitely refer to any future customer.

Been coming here for about 2 years and they are my go to when I'm in a pinch. Quick and easy to get a new loan without all the paperwork and everyone is always friendly especially Bria.

They are not an honest company. I haven't had a payday loan since early in 2018. I got a call may 2021 saying I didn't pay it. I would think a phone call in 2018 or 2019 would be smart. Obviously, if they can get a hold of me in 2021 the information hasn't changed. Sounds fishy and looks fraudulent.

Last week I came in inquiring about the installment loans. I just so happened to have Demetria. She was very informative and explained everything down to the T!!!! After leaving I was satisfied and got the money I needed!!! Thanks again Demetria!!

I have been using Speedy Cash for over 3years. My loan was for $100 interest was $17. My loan was set up to pay back automatic by my debit card. I realized the day after the payday that the loan wasn't taken out of my account. I called customers service to find out that they attempted to debit my account before my paycheck was processed through my bank. So they hit me with a $30 charge on top of the loan, which is ridiculous. I asked management if they could refund the $30 charge and I was told they couldn't do it. I'm very disappointed in this company. If I have known that this company debits accounts before the person paycheck could be processed. I would have Never set up an automatic transaction. So ppl stay away from Automatic Tranaction unless you want to be hit with extra fees!!! $100 loan $17 interest plus a $30 fee on an attempt to debit before my paycheck hit Ridiculous!! This was the least I've ever borrowed. #highlypissed
