Most of staff nice enough, but will NOT discuss any needs or problems with me!! No provisions for Covid-relates changes making large payments for Title loans a great hardship. Will not give me any options after 2 years of paying big payments every month without delay. Greedy company preying on financially challenged people who have no other choices when in financial crisis.

The evening shift is very pushy when it comes to a problem they can’t handle. It’s okay if you can’t handle it personally. I’m not expecting you to if you aren’t a manager. But don’t get an attitude before the issue is resolved or give snappy responses bc it’s an issue you can’t handle. If you can’t handle it jut say that and we can come up with a solution. It’s simple. Bc a customer is only going to feed off that energy.

Worse experience! I would never recommend any one to this location. I went in to get the loan and the lady with tattoos on her arms was very rude! She was too busy talking to her coworker than helping a customer! And went I back in to pay out my loan bc I will NEVER get a loan here again I was hoping not to get the same lady but sure enough I did. She asked for my DL and I stood there for a min. And she was taking her sweet old time talking to her coworkers AGAIN and she even stood right in front of me while she opened her tea drank it and then got my paperwork. Honestly all the employees need to learn what customer service is. If you work in that line on business then you have to help the customer. But I was not wanting to even go back in that location I called the Hoover location and the woman on the phone was very nice and helpful. I am not saying the company is bad but the location on Greensprings is awful. Nothing but a bunch of ghetto employees that work there. And I would never do business with that location ever again!!

I have never had an issue with the people here, no matter what time of day I have been in. They are always helpful, friendly and professional.

The location is open 24 hours for my convenience. It was colorful, clean and inviting and I was out in less than 15 minutes with the cash I needed!

I've been coming here for almost 10 years and the managers have always been so helpful. I recommend this establishment to everyone.

I am a law enforcement officer when i went inside to get a money order for my rent the young lady was servicing a customer I was the first person in line and plus I was on my way to work. Another gentleman came in the door while I was still at front of line and she told him to get in front of me that was very disrespectful and unprofessional I will not be back here and i will spread the word to my friends and family not to go here.

Emergency came up ,(car broke down)wasn’t able to make it on my due date , however I did call, agent stated no problem, you can come in when you make it back tomorrow , I said , ok you sure you don’t need to take it out my account, Next day came in with the money that night . Agent on duty said , she couldn’t take my money, I said why, she said we already withdrew the money out of you account, I said if you were going to do that you should’ve said so, I could have left the money in my account , Now the bank is going to charge me fees and you not right. Because I had other payments coming out of my account it was a mess. Contacted home office. The set up payment arrangement $50.00 a pay period. They took out the $50 and tried to collect the whole balance. I disputed the check and the bank got my money back. They refused to accept any payments

I went to the Greensprings branch and I commend the customer service woman, Marian, for her professionalism to ensure all customers were well taken care of.
