This is an edit of an older review (below). As before, my experience in this store was great! But I wanted to edit bc they have a new TitleMax app that you can download!! I looooveeee this, it is super helpful!! I came into the store for help and everyone was very nice and helpful. I think it was the manager that I worked with, and she was extremely helpful and patient with me. I will definitely be telling my friends about this place, and will come back if I need more help!!

Very nice professional staff, helped me get cash when I needed it and worked with me on late payments when I needed them. I just want to warn that the interest and customary fees are not worth the cash you get. It's strictly for short term needs. Not being able to pay it off quickly can cost twice as much as what you borrow, if not more. I only had mine in there for 3 months for $750, and paid over $1200 to get it back with their payments. Just be cautious.

The office staff were amazing! Very friendly and helpful. However, I was not expecting the ridiculous interest rate… my bad for not investigating and educating myself. Loans like this are a rip off. The convenience is the obvious draw.

Best place to go if you’re in a tight spot! We needed extra money for Christmas & they got us more money than we asked for! Mary was super kind to us & throughout the whole process she had great conversation to pass the time. We even met the new manager & he was just as kind & friendly as everyone else. Also, I do have to say they have the cutest Christmas decorations. Overall, there’s a really great staff & they genuinely want to help you, not hurt you. That’s all you could ask for when getting a loan.

I am so pleased with the professional customer service that is given. Employees are always willing to help, while making you feel important. They go far and beyond to assist you with meeting your obligations as well as collecting for the company. I recommend this location to assist with any of my family or friends financial needs. The store manager Carol made the experience very personal and fun. She was helpful. There was several other customer's that came in and they knew their names. Also joked around with usand others. It will be a place that I would go and take a loan out even if I don't have to because of the experience. I highly recommend this location.

I would strongly recommend going to this location over any where else. Jim and the other staff are absolutely amazing, he is friendly and always willing to help any way he can.
