Just had the best experience opening a new line of credit with Robby. He was super relaxed and friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood every step of the process. As if that wasn't enough, my money was in my account before I even walked out the door! Tom was a rock star as well, with a great personality that put me at ease and never made me feel rushed, even though they had to stay open a little late to finish my transaction! If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

My representative Lin Orr was born to be in customer service or sales. He explained every part of the process in detail and understood my reasoning for needing to get fast money. I would highly recommend using them as long as you use the loan the way that you're supposed to.

I dealt with Ann when I got my loan at this location. I believe she is the epitome of a great sales person. She's down to earth and can be very relatable but also get the serious stuff across without being to cold or condescending. I was lucky and managed to pay my entire loan off in about 3 weeks. For the amount I borrowed, I only had to pay $80 which is reasonable. The only 2 things I will say need improvement are the fact that they don't offer free WiFi to their customers trying to download the app to get their loans. My phone plan only comes with 2g so I had to use the restaurant across the streets WiFi. Also, because of this, at the end of the loan process which takes about 35-45 minutes, Ann was trying to make sure I knew how everything worked and that I could see the documents regarding my loan, that I had signed. My boyfriend was kinda rushing me and the wifi had dropped out so I just figured I'd find them later. I looked everywhere trying to find them and just a few days ago, I finally realized I had to link my account. I was finally able to see my bill and what I owed. Also, while I was in my loan process, a man walked in claiming that he had just started a new job and needed a few more days. Ann was kind enough to extend for him and I commented on the fact that I knew it was probably difficult for the man to come in but at least he did. Basically, I was commending her for helping him out. It showed me that while she is a employee of Titlemax, and unfortunately they have to take a vehicle for lack of payment sometimes, and it can be heartbreaking and lead to employees being cold hearted, Ann was not like that. I was glad to have been able to work with her.

Definitely 5 stars. Mitch worked with us & got us what we needed. Super friendly staff, enjoyed our visit. We highly recommend this place. If you just need to pawn your title, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Randy was also a big help, we originally talked to him on the phone & he got us to come to this location but Mitch was the one we went through. Both were very nice people

The staff of this location is very nice and gets you what u need. They made sure I understood everything and how it all works. Quick and easy. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I needed to repair my truck to take a trip. They had me in and out in 20-30 minutes so I could be on the road the next morning. Nobody likes to have to borrow money, but the staff here makes it as easy as possible while being as friendly as people you’ve known for years.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience at this location. Ashley, Jim and Mitch were all so friendly and helpful. They really look out for their customers needs and were even able to get me approved for a little more than I asked for. Overall excellent experience and I’m so glad I decided to go to this location. They have been very accommodating and will work with any type of payments as long as you have excellent history of good payments and rarely or no late payments. Everyone in this branch are very professional, courteous, excellent attitude, and genuinely care and understand your needs. I highly recommend this branch because you will develop a good business relationship with them. Their process in submitting for a loan approval is very fast and quick. You will receive a quick loan decision as long as you meet all the requirements.

Very friendly place to be, had my title loan there about two years and Mitch was very helpful throughout the whole process. Never once had any confrontation or problems and they were very flexible about when I was able to pay and when I wasn’t. Definitely would recommend this business if your in need of fast cash. Ps.. The people were so friendly and helpful. A girl named Katelyn <-- not sure if I spelled that right I apologize she was absolutely wonderful it was as if I were catching up with an old friend. She tried to get me in and out in a certain amount of time,but something on the other end of acceptance held her up and she had to do it all over again. She kept apologizing but it wasn't her fault and I didn't mind. These people really take care of you and want to help. This is my first time getting a loan as well and with this first impress I'll definitely return. You guys helped this girl get a bit of her life back thank you so much!
