I needed a little bit of extra cash for some home repairs and the ladies at Title Max on Chapman Highway were extremely helpful and got me the exact type of loan I wanted. I had options and I felt really comfortable the entire time I was there. Really professional, extremely helpful, very friendly. Would recommend 10 out of 10.

Super friendly and easy to work with! KAITLIN is a fantastic manager. Even if I didn't have my full payment she helped me make arrangements to pay them and not get behind waiting to get all the money at one time. I have had several loans with this office and I don't think I would go to any other.

I was surprised when I walked in...I don't know what I was expecting not ever having done this before, but I was greeted with smiles of very courteous people. They genuinely showed interest in what I needed and how they could help. I was even greeted by the General Manager Lin, who immediately worked to help me reach my goals.

The manager, Greg, was very friendly and helpful. Title Max bought out our title loan from Cash Express, allowing us to be able to pay on the same day of the month every month and to pay with a debit card via phone. So much easier and more convenient!

As soon as I walked through I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile! Greg asked how he could help us and began our loan process.....I will be refering him to all I know!! He is such a great man!!!!

I went in a few days ago inquiring about a loan to help me move. Brooke was amazing. She explained my choices so I could make an informed choice. All the ladies here were sweet and helpful. Asking for a loan sometimes is unnerving, but I was made to feel comfortable AND I was in and out pretty quickly. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend seeing these ladies. I even got to take more than i had hoped. Such a big help.

I absolutely love the people, service and EVERYTHING about this place. I was in and out in minutes. Didnt even need proof of income! I thought for sure my 2002 mazda 626, thats been duct taped together on front bumper, wouldn't even qualify for a loan but it did. I even have access to more money if I need it! This place really did help me when I had nowhere else to go. Wonderful 👏 place!

This place is robbery! I would never recommend using them no matter how hard of a pinch your in! You will end up paying them back double if not triple! This is one of those places you will end up paying back until the end of time like a endless black hole. I made this mistake once and will never do it again

Greg Atkins is excellent in this line of business. No one at this location has ever been intimidating or threatening. He and his employees tell you reasonably - and in his case gently - exactly what they can do for you and what your responsibilities are. THAT'S how a successful business is run. Not an easy job I suspect but they've got a good staff here.

I needed a personal loan and they help me get some of what I needed I went looking for 1500 and they got me 200.00 my credit score is only 533 too

Caitlin was such a big help!! This was my 3rd or 4th time going thru Titlemax and they have been very forgiving and understanding if I was a little behind on payment. Karen the DM contacted me to make sure I had everything I needed with this visit. Just a great group of people.

This Titlmax was recommended to me & I recommend them too. I was pleased with the entire process. I ended up with another product than I originally planned that had lower interest & pyts. It was very quick & hassle free. I can even go to the bank & get cash without a fee with the debit card!
