BJ goes above and beyond for her customers. She has worked with me on loans for over 2 years now and always takes good care of me. She has definitely helped me build my credit. Very grateful for her and all the other service loan staff.

I have been a customer for 15 or 20 years at this place and never been late on payments and. With the new people that's in there now has treated me so rude I don't owe them nothing and I will never be there customer ever again when Donna was there it was a great business thay got ones in there right now that's running all of there customers away

Bj and Taylor were awesome!!! They were very friendly and knowledgeable and helped me out in my time of need. This process was fast and easy and they made me feel like family. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much ladies for your help.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have taken a loan out 3 years in a row at Christmas time. I have paid every payment on time! Yesterday my LAST payment came due. I have received 3 phone calls since yesterday, and they also contacted my father. That is absolutely harassment and no way to run a business. I will not be back!! The new management is very unprofessional and rude to deal with.

We have deal with them for years and today I called to tell them that I would pay my husband's loan on Friday like I have done many times before and this women named DJ Said she couldn't disclose anything on his account. And I was just telling them that I would paid Friday when we pay our loans off I will never deal with them again

So I was turned down for a loan by them which is ok not a big deal. Why they are getting a one star view is because they didn't have the professional ability to return a call and tell me I was not approved for it. I really wanted to be able to say this place was still descent but they just proved that they're not worth the time it takes to call them.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Deposited a live check that was sent to me did it for credit rebuilding purposes so there was no actual credit check ran then I went in when a offer was extended for a loan renewal hoping it would build my credit score specifically over the telephone I asked if this would be a type of situation where my credit would actually be pulled and I was told by BJ no so I rearranged my work schedule went in and actually they did want to run my credit they also wanted some sort of collateral but in the phone conversation none of those things were mentioned on our phone conversation... So needless to say I did not do the loan renewal then the company actually called my job when I called and told them to not call me at my job BJ told me she could call me wherever she wanted to I then paid off the balance completely and I will never deal with this company again. If you want to deal with people who know how to give the right type of customer service go to Covington credit those ladies there are great! I do not usually ever leave reviews for anything but I wanted to make sure that people know not to deal with this company.

Some of the most mean and cruel people I have ever had the misfortune of knowing. They have harassed me for months now about a loan that’s an old tenant of mine. They demanded answers to where they were and when I told them I had no clue, the employee Taylor called me an a-hole. The “supervisor” BJ also used very offensive and abusive words toward me before hanging up on me. Stay far away from these people unless you wanna be harassed and abused.

Worst loan company I've dealt with. Showed up at my house after dark and also mailed a late notice to my work with urgent and confidential all Over it! Never in my life has someone mailed a notice to my employer about MY personal loan.... And I'm only one payment behind. DO NOT loan with these people they have new management and it now sucks!! They call and call and harass you several times a day even if you 1 day late.

I have nothing but good things to say about this business. Sierra was very professional & responsive, making my experience with this business a good one.
