The staff here is awesome they make you feel so welcomed and are always there to help you out when you need it. An employee in particular by the name of Amber is such a joy to talk to and provides exceptional customer service!! This place is not some scary loan place with robotic employees it’s actually a very helpful loan place when you need cash quick. I recently moved my payment date to a more convenient date for me since rent would always be due around the same time my payment was due and they helped me out a lot and got it changed for me quickly. Would highly recommend!!

A while back I needed to get a loan here for a situation that I had encountered. This place was very helpful, particularly the staff Valerie, Amber, and Bernice. They definitely treat you like a person, and not just a loan. They are also understanding of people's life situations.

Got my title loan from these wonderful ladies (Amber, Bernice & Valerie last year and had a great experience with all of them. Always great customer service with a smile and great attitude. I have never previously used TitleMax. I looked up reviews on the other Company and after reading three reviews I had made my mind up to give TitleMax a try. The Assistant Manager Amber A. and assistant gave me the red carpet treatment. I came on one of their busiest days and had to wait. They would keet checking on me to see it I needed anything. Their professionalism, kindness and caring showed me what this company truly represents. I was even treated with a $50 check to spend on me. Now that's customer service! Thanks Title Max and Ladies!
