They are very rude!!! the lady there took her time helping us and I was serious about buying ! I had the money in pocket. I dropped my jacket and when I came back to get it.. it was on the sales rack with a sales ticket on it and I insisted it was mine and she swore it wasn't mine. For real steal from customers. I bought jewelry here before and men were waited on before I was and I was there first.... Guess I'm either not thin enough.. or look Rich enough ..good looking enough.... I'm sexy and I know it.. I'll pass next time. Always another sucker coming in the door they say!!! Maybe chief dyer will shut them down.. LMAO!!! Pawn Stars they ain't!

Went in today to see what I could get for my 18K gold chain with a Buddha pendant. Guy there told me my chain was 14k and my jade pendant wasn’t real jade lol.. I had literally just left two other pawn shops near by before coming here and got an offer of $1080 dollars and the other $970.. this guy wanted to give me $140!! Smh scammers at auto pawn!!! Never go back here!!

worst pawn shop in the world. dont know the difference between a hard drive and ram. will give you the lowest loan ever. you have a 1000 dollar item only 30 dollars for that loan. got offered way more around the corner. i recommend no one to go there.

I haven’t purchased from this business but I have been in to browse both the six string and bass guitar offerings. I was surprised by the the amount and variety of their inventory, (weird side note - which was sorta sad, I pawned my bass guitar when I was a younger man and regretted it for a very, very long time) Anyways, two of the bass guitars caught my eye and I really wanted to plug in to a decent amp to feel out the action of each, so I inquired. Due to the last experience that I could remember in a pawn shop, I kind of expected a luke warm, hesitant approval of my request at best with the possibility; however, of an out and out denial! WRONG! Lol. I was actually instead offered a stool, invited to sit down, strap up and plug in! WORD! Not only was I able to hear and feel both instruments, I was encouraged to take as long as I’d like with either! I was conservative with the volume level but I’m an old school headbanger with old school headbanger hearing loss so it was a bit louder than it probably should have been in an establishment providing customer service, trying to conduct business. That said, instead of insisting the volume be reduced, both employees talked louder!!! Lol! They couldn’t have been any cooler! I’d say this is probably a great place to sell, pawn or purchase merchandise. I haven’t pulled the trigger yet, but I will purchase a bass guitar from Auto Pawn of Fresno!

This pawnshop is huge! The different variety From game systems!! Power tools, electronics, jewelry, movies, dj equipment, instruments, leather jackets, fishing poles, dvd sets, etc!! Almost everything you can ask for! Highly recommend coming to this pawnshop 👍
