Great Customer service. Michael was very helpful met us outside talked to us for a few minute and then helped us get set up by putting us with Aalyah and she got us all set up!!! It was easy and everyone talked us through and made sure we fully understood our agreement!!! 10/10 would recommend going here if ever need a title loan!!!!

Micheal was very helpful and polite! He got us close to what we were asking for and he handled the issue my title had with a previous title loan someone had before me! He was by himself and handled it very well with the customers he had coming in! And all the calls there were flowing his way!! This TitleMax office is located at 7343 Boulevard 26 N, North Richland Hills, TX., 76180, and has been at this location for a small number of years. My wife and I were in need of financial assistance, but couldn't go to a bank because our credit was shot due to the economic chaos created by COVID and businesses being shuttered. Thus, resulting in loss of employment. We were in a time crunch and the good people at TitleMax stepped up to help us in our time of need, and I'm pretty sure they appreciated our business in return. The level of customer service was outstanding and only equaled their professionalism! My sincere appreciation and gratitude goes out to these folks and their business! Thank you!
