MSRP, tax, Prep and Doc fees were very reasonable unlike other dealerships. I would recommend buying from Freeman Toyota!!!

We bought 2 brand new cars from Toyota this year that had warranties included. Our Tacoma just recently got all of the services lights show on the dash, so we took it to toyota care and they charged us $400 to repair a faulty sensor even though we only had the truck for nearly 4 months. They blamed it on the lift kit we got one week into having the truck which they said does not void warranty and we also got it professionally installed. We maintain our vehicles well because they are brand new so for a sensor to go out that fast is definitely a issue from their end. Not only that but $400 for a part that costs $19 online is absolutely ridiculous. I am not happy with how Toyota has treated us whatsoever, that is by far the worst service I have ever dealt with. On top of all that, for the one week our truck was in service they couldn’t even give us a rental!

I have been looking for a Toyota Camry hybrid and I got a call from Z at Freeman Toyota. He informed me they had one coming in in a few days. He described the vehicle, color and interior etc. I have been planning on buying a Camry for about a year now, I already had one. Arrived at Freeman, saw the car, was already knowing that I was going to buy it and we set out to get the paperwork done. I work with James, our finance manager everything got done. I had to come back about a week later to get window tint put on. Everything was pleasant and it went off without a hitch I would highly recommend Freeman Toyota and Z and James as well. Very satisfied.

This dealership has been going downhill for a while in my opinion. It's in a terrible spot with all the traffic and construction going on, so maybe they've noticed a downturn in business, I'm not sure why. I came in for a oil change and needed to get A/C looked at. Pricing was okay for oil change but the work to replace an A/C compressor was ridiculous. I told them I had a coupon and of course by the time I paid I'd forgotten so I didn't get to use it. Not their fault, but I told them up front so just a personal peeve that detracts from my view of their commitment to customer service. They also don't clean your car anymore after service. Comparing it to any local lube place, they're not worth the time spent driving to their location. I used to come here because of the great service and dont mind paying a little extra for it. I gave them 2 stars for that history, not because of what they're doing today. Now, it's very unlikely I would return here and would definitely not recommend it. There are probably better dealerships who care more about customer service than the team here.

Outstanding service. Called Dane Minor, explained my necessity for a car that would meet my needs, he referred me over to PG who gave me a list of options, ordered car for 2 week delivery, and then they loaned me a car for the 2 weeks. Best of the Best. And Adam did a fantastic job of explaining how to operate my new 2022 Camry. Much different from my old car.

I was very concerned at first when the service advisor told me the repair would not be covered as the Car Fax report showed I had a claim over a year ago. That was in no way related to my current issue. The extended warranty claim was eventually covered as a manufacturer defect but there was huge concern for 36 hours. All was good at the end.

I've purchased several cars over the years. I love my Rav 4's. I have had a great salesman with Jeff Harper... who unfortunately for me has moved . Kyndal... in the Service Department was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. In the future I will ask for her assistance... and someday years down the road when things get better.. I'll have to find a new salesperson. Until then... thank you Freeman Toyota for a great experience.

Got me in pretty quickly and the price was good and the staff was extremely friendly. After the fact my wife noticed our rubber floor mat was missing from the front driver's side only later to be found in the back seat. To avoid unnecessary stress that mat should have been put back where it was originally located when the service was completed. Overall extremely happy with the service from Freeman.

I loved the service I received. Harry in the service department was wonderful. He told me exactly what was wrong with my car and answered all my questions and it only took a day for the repairs. He even had a shuttle come pick me up. I definitely will use them again.

Only 4 stars because that is the most I ever give anything! Nothing is perfect but I can tell you about my experience at Freeman Toyota in Hurst, TX. It was as close to perfect as it comes. Excellent, excellent service and attention to detail. Sam the used car sales manager helped me get where I needed to be financially with my trade-in as well as working with the amount of money, and not a penny over, that I had to spend. Dwaine, my sales person, is a super stand up guy and brought the car I was interested in to my house (on a Saturday) and took mine back to the dealership giving me a chance to try it before I had to buy it. First thing Monday we started the process of me becoming a new (used) car owner. Thank you Freemen Toyota and I love my 2014 Infiniti Coupe!

Beware with this outfit. We purchased a new Rav 4 and they were dishonest with sale of vehicle. We were guaranteed it was the best pricing even with a big holiday the following week. Well the following week after we purchased, found out that we could have saved $2500. On top of that, the finance guy highly recommended that we purchase the extended plan for $2000. He wasn’t truthful either. Only after knowing that it only covers an oil change once a year and tire rotation. They were dishonest in dealing with us and we were stupid in believing them. Reconsider folks. Lots of hidden charges too.

This is the second Toyota Camry that I have leased from Freeman Toyota. My first Camry literally save my life during the Texas blackout. I lived in the car for five days with the engine running without a stop. I just had to fill the tank at a local gas station and purchase fast food at drive up windows and my Toyota took care of me by keeping me warm and safe. My Thanks to Freemen Toyota , Jerry Patterson and the entire team for leasing me a great car. I owe you my life and know my new Camry will be as reliable as the first. My experience of the service department in talking with Tim Farrand and Bill Wilsie. I brought my vehicle in after it started shaking. The service advisor, Tim Farrand, had the vehicle looked at and verbally informed me of the work that needed to be completed then sent me a print out which did not match what he had told me. When the part came in it again was different from what was on the print out. I questioned him about that but was assured it was the rear engine mount that needed to be replaced not the front mount. They replaced the part. It did NOT fix the issue. They called me to pick up the vehicle and did not indicate it was not fixed. I asked and was told it was better but couldn't notice any improvement. The service advisor has conveniently been unavailable since and has not returned my call. I called to discuss this with Bill Wilsie, the manager to see what I needed to get done. He said he needed to get with Tim and then transferred me to Tim's voicemail. I can't believe the manager just blew me off like that.

This is our second Toyota purchased here, although the recent Toyota we ordered had a 4K market adjustment added ABOVE the sticker price to pad the dealerships pockets. They claimed it was due to vehicle shortages, even though we ordered the vehicle. The market adjustment was on the spec sheet at the bottom and we overlooked it due to we were more concerned with vehicle options being revised when placing the order and we didn't realize what this adjustment was. (Yes, our bad) My advice to others, if you're not hurting for a vehicle, I would highly suggest waiting until the vehicle shortage ends to avoid the overcharges of dealership $4,000.00 market adjustments.

Worst nightmare I’ve gone through. Went through a full purchase of a car & ended up receiving a call about 2 hours after saying I need to return it because they sold me someone else’s car! They lended me a loaner & kept my trade in (paperwork was shredded). Called me & said it arrived a month later to find out, they thought it was here. Then proceeded to tell me the colors I asked for (black exterior, red interior) can’t be made though the other person got it. They tried to bully me into what they chose for me. I rejected it and asked for my trade in back. Another issue, it’s already in auction! There is no paperwork on any of this! They had to write me a check because I was left with no car and a car I didn’t ask for. Horrible, horrible experience.

Freeman Toyota has a terrible service department and my time with y'all was miserable. During my time with you all for service, my advisor changed frequently, often in less than 6 mos and the process of finding out and getting connected to a new advisor was sloppy, poorly managed and never smooth. Then to top it off, while working with Daniel Hill I brought in a driver side headlight and the technicians caused damage to the panel clips, breaking one or more so that it never latches and closes smoothly. When I addressed the damage with the service department, Tom Caranci specifically, I was told that the damage was pre-existing which I know is not true from what I had been able to see prior to the light installation. Then by my next service, I was bumped to yet another new service tech (a young blonde woman, who's name escapes me atm). I had her assist me to have a passenger side mirror replaced that I brought in to replace my original one due to damage sustained. When I brought the part in, it was in perfect condition, no damage, brand new. After picking it up post install, I noticed that the mirror had been broken during the installation as it vibrates incessantly while driving. I called and brought it back in to ask about it and was told that it was my fault and I had brought in a damaged part, this is NOT true and I didn't appreciate being called a liar for a second time when I've confronted your service department with their ineptitude and repeated damages to my vehicle. After this experience I sought my next service apt at Toyota of Fort Worth where I discovered at my first visit that my service records that they brought over from Freeman for reference showed a completely incorrect schedule of service and not only had no one alerted me to the imminent need to replace my tires due to wear and tear that should've been pointed out at my last service from the safety inspection, my brakes were also in bad shape and y'all had missed my last oil change service completely and it was over 10k since your dept had serviced it for the oil maintenance need. This inter-company proof of your service departments deficiency and chaos in its management solidified my decision to no longer use your service dept. I have had a wonderful experience with my new service advisor at the Fort Worth location and see no reason to ever use Freeman Toyota for anything again. As it is, y'all still owe me free or reimbursed repair on the damages you caused to my vehicle, and I would not have the repairs done again at your facility due to lack of trustworthiness for quality control and correct servicing. Feel free to issue me a check or credit the repair costs to Toyota of Fort Worth for me.

So I had a HORRIBLE experience with another Toyota dealer in Grapevine. I came to Freeman because I've bought a few cars from them in the past and I thought I might have better luck. I was paired up with Kendyal in service and ran down the list of warranty items that I needed help with. She understood my frustrations up to this point, and told me that "she has her cape on". She asked the service manager to ride in my car with me to help me diagnose my problem with our 2021 Highlander. They both were great and got 2 out of 4 problems fixed for me. Of the two problems they couldn't fix, one was a bit out of their control, and the other felt more like an upcharge...but I know how the game is played, and it was a relatively minor thing that I could handle myself (and I did). All that being said, they manage to fix in 1.5 days what the other dealer and service advisor kicked down the road for WEEKS! So, if you need service and an advisor who will listen to you, return your calls, and take some ownership, then give Kendyal a call. Thanks for the help Kendyal, we'll be coming back to Freeman from now on thanks to you.

If I could give zero stars I would. This dealership has been the worst experience I have ever had. I was sent here after my bankruptcy to get a car because they were the best to work with from what I was told. I was sold a car and within 2 days of driving it, I had to bring it to the them to put in the shop. After getting it back I drove it for 5 days and had to put it in the shop again. This time, however, I was told they don't have the means to fully service my car since it wasn't technically a Toyota brand car. I had to hunt down another dealership to get this car fixed. It spent a total of 55 days in the shop. I made 2 full car payments and still hadn't driven the car more the a week. Every part they fixed, another would show broken. I had no one call me, give me updates, check on me nothing. I had to call and try and get someone from this dealership to try and help me get this car fixed. I will never recommend anyone to buy a car and if I could have given the car back I would have.

Denied a simple warranty claim. Accused of running over object in road and swapping tires to conceal the incident. Was told that the previous owner had a major impact, I have driven the car for over 30,000 miles and they said gradual degrigstion is just now causing a wheel bearing to make noise voiding repair. Was told to go to take my business to another Toyota dealer. Service advisor Malory never followed up, no explanation on the door seal that was covered or if the repair will ever take place? Freemon Toyota has lost all my future busines. Ted the service manager basically questioned my integrity on the whole situation as a retired Veteran I find the questioning of my integrity a salp in the face.

Freeman Toyota quote me an oil change tire rotation and State inspection is about $120 on 4/4/22 I asked for synthetic oil then they quote me the total would be $210 I asked why so much they said because they need to go to auto parts store and buy Mobile 1 for me and my oil is 5w-20 instead of 0w-20. I decided to leave and called Toyota of Plano. Then I found out synthetic oil change is $69.95 for my car. Freeman Toyota rip people off, stay away from this dishonest dealership. I am a Toyota owner for over 20 years and this dealership is by far the worst in DFW. They make up excuses to mark up services. I recommend family Toyota of Arlington or Toyota of Plano. Toyota makes good products bit there are some bad people taking advantage of customers

Thier work and service was impeccable, but I bought three Toyota Tundra trucks from them and got all my maintenance done there. Subsequently I earned a associate degree in Automotive technology and Collision repair and put in numerous applications for an entry level tech position, never heard from them. I started getting all my maintenance done at Vandegrift Toyota, I even bought a new 2020 Tss Toyota Tundra and Forerunner from Vandegrift. Relationships should be mutually beneficial.

I decided to try Freeman after not so great experience at another dealership closer to my house. I was impressed at the ease of scheduling, how I was greeted, and the wait was not bad at all. I had an oil change, tire rotation, and multi-point inspection check. It took a little less than an hour. My porter and advisor were very courteous and easy to work with throughout the experience. It was also great to get into my washed vehicle to go home as well. The other dealership service department stopped doing this. I am so glad that I made this switch!

During April 2021, I was aggressively looking for a Land cruiser 2021. I checked nationwide using autolist.com, since its a last model in US, I did not find any with my choice color and price. At the end of April 2021 I received a mail from Tommy Chau which was beating all the prices. Finally I booked over phone without even an advance. Tommy gave me call on 24th May that car has arrived from Japan, I made an appointment on May 30 and all the purchase formality was done in an hour. Loan officer was very kind and nicely did his job in few minutes. One of the best experience in car buying. Tommy Chou was kind to help to drop my rental car. I definitely go back to buy Tundra 2022 from Tommy and will also refer other friends.

No one ever answers the phone. They talk you in to paying more on warranty just to not be able to help you with it when you are in need. They never have car rentals for you although they are suppose to help provide it if it comes with your warranty which it does for me. Finance has terrible communication as well as the service department.

Great first experience with Freeman Toyota. It was time to change the oil and filter of my Toyota, so I cheked what Toyota services are in my area, and I saw Freeman had very good comments. I scheduled an appointment in advance using their website. I took them my car, left it in their hands, waited in the comfortable waiting area for not too long, and they let me know it was done, and that everything they checked in the car was OK. Paid for the service, and picked the car at the parking lot. To my surprise they had washed it (it's quite dusty here, the car needed it), quite nice on their end. All in all, a great experience. There are cheaper places for an oil change, but I think the extra cost is worth it: you know they are going to do the job well, and that if you want to sell your car your maintenance operations are going to be registered and will come up in the carfax report. I will come back for future maintenance.

I purchased my new 18 Tacoma from Matt Tienman @ Freeman 3 years ago. I had visited him first and said no To the deal at first and he said no pressure and encouraged me to look somewhere else and said it’s ok to look but asked me to be aware of customer service and don’t feel pressured. He also said that I’ll be back lol. I did go to 2 other Toyota dealerships and he was right, I felt like uncomfortable @ those dealerships. I did come back to Matt and bought my truck… 3 years later I had since moved 150 miles away and wanted a new 22 Tundra and I remembered how special I was treated @Freeman w/Matt so Instead of going local I drove over there and talked to Matt and Julio and set up getting one delivered and the drive was well worth it! I’m a proud owner of a new Tundra thanks to Julio and Matt. So if you’re on the fence about buying your Toyota please go see Julio he is down to earth kinda guy and won’t pressure you. 5 stars across the board!

They didn't fix my car when I needed it told me it was fine but I still keep hearing very bad sounds went back and they told me my insurance is expired really they could have fixed when my insurance is still good which is why I came to them from the beginning but one there worker drove the car and told me it is fine ask her to take it for check up but she only drove it and told me it is fine but now I am still having same problem I went to an other shop to get help for my car

Good buying experience and normally decent service department. Only complaint is that one time my wife brought in the car for an oil change during the week, but service light was still on. Frustrated, I brought it in on a Saturday morning and waited stuck in line for an hour only to find out that they just forgot to reset the service light. A minor service oversight could have been completely avoided with a little attention to detail and not wasted my morning waiting in line for nothing rather than spending time with my kids.

Last week, I went to Freeman Toyota in Hurst for regular service and to have a headlight replaced. The service was excellent (as I have found there every time I've been). I would like to recognize Malorie Williams, Service Advisor, who oversaw my service. She went above and beyond to provide additional service in helping with some of the particular service that I needed with the headlight replacement; she exemplified what excellent service is: caring, focused on the needs of the customer and how to best deal with them, wonderful cheerful respectful attitude, going beyond the status quo. I have leased 2 Toyota Tacomas from Freeman Toyota. BJ the sales Manager has made 2 great deals for me and the service department is excellent! They get me in and out for scheduled service in usually less that 1 hour. On my first Tacoma there was a seal leak in the back window and they gave me a loaner Tacoma for 2 weeks while they waited for the part new seal to come in. Freeman Toyota is the only dealer I would recommend for a Toyota purchase in the DFW area!!

I will not step foot in Freeman Toyota or do business with them, again. I first dealt with a salesman with the last name "Freeman", who committed to ordering tires and running rails as part of the purchased of my Tacoma. In the following 26 days, I received no proactive communition from Mr. Freeman and ended up having to reach out to someone in Parts myself. When I spoke to Parts, the person alluded to me the parts were never even ordered. I'm fairly confident this was the case because the parts arrived a matter of days after the gentleman in Parts spoke to me. So Mr. Freeman promised something to make a sale then completely failed to follow up. I would expect someone representing the Freeman name would operate with more integrity but this was not the case. And when I left the dealership the first night, I was promised a free tank of gas if I have him a 5 star review on here! Next came the Service department committing to installing the parts that finally arrived. I explained to them I live 25-30 away from the dealership, could drop it off that morning but would appreciate if it could get done earlier in the afternoon so my day wasn't completely planned around dropping off and picking up my truck. They committed to me that if I could drop it off by 10:00, they could get it done by 16:30. I asked that if they could help getting it done in less than 6.5 hours, it would be appreciated. Remember, 4 tires and bolting on 2 running boards. Before even dropping the truck off, the service manager emailed me, "I did confirm with Peter that everything is good to go for tomorrow at 10am." My assumption they would get it done sooner than later was wrong, and that afternoon I was told it would be done "an hour or so" after the promised time. After expressing my displeasure to the Service manager, I was able to pick it up that night. It was literally dark and dinner plans with my wife were not happening. Why even commit to a promised time of completion knowing it wasn't going to happen? And I'd already outlined in detail my experience to the company before I dropped it off. Yesterday was strike three and impetus for this review. I had my first, complementary service scheduled for Saturday, 5/1. I explained to the service writer when I scheduled that I had an appointment, I would drop it off Saturday morning and they would have the day to get it done. The gentleman told me this was fine because it only takes an hour. Upon arrival, the two service bays were pretty stacked, with 4-5 vehicles in each. I parked my truck and walked in to the Service area. I asked one of the folks in the bay if I could check in and drop off my keys. I was then told I would have to get back in my truck and pull it through a bay before I assume going back and parking, again, after checking in. Rather than try to rationalize this concept and almost expecting this to happen after past experiences, I chose to leave. For the last time.

We lease all our cars from Freeman and get our maintenance done there as well. We love the treatment we receive from everyone. Can't imagine going anywhere else. I would highly recommend anyone interested in buying or leasing a car to check out Freeman Toyota first.

Your car will always come back from ANY service appointment with the headlights taken off of “auto”, your inside lights will be screwed up, and oh!, if they are supposed to rotate your tires, DONT COUNT ON IT BEING DONE. They will SAY they were rotated, but ours WEREN’T! Management will contact you, and say that’s “sloppy work” to do these things, but never apologizes for it being done repeatedly!

They did a great job and very happy with the service. I loved the fact that my van was washed on the outside. I wish that they vacuum the inside. I was also told the front passenger tire had a air leak in the side wall of the tire. I purchased the tires from Discount Tires so I left the dealership and went to Discount and they could not fine anything wrong with the tire so I am not sure what the story is behind the tire. I purchased my first Toyota from Freeman over 30 years ago and I want to know I can trust them know servicing my vehicle today and into the future and purchasing my next Toyota. I had called Freeman Toyota on Tuesday Sept. 28th, 2021 and made an APPOINTMENT for a state inspection for my 1999 Toyota Camry. I arrived on time. The person I checked in with was very nice, friendly and personable. After 2 hours the service rep. came back to update me. My car had NOT yet been inspected but, would be very soon. An hour after that, my car was "ready." I did expect a bit of a wait because I understand, "things" can happen during an inspection. BUT, the reason I made an APPOINTMENT, (and, appointment was accepted, almost like a verbal agreement), was to AVOID A 3 HOUR WAIT!!! Really? 3 hours? Why, the appointment then?? I could have just brought my can ANYPLACE and been in and out MUCH quicker than 3 hours. I may go back for "other" service work but, never again for a state inspection. Sorry folks. Thumbs down on taking my car there again for a state inspection, (with or without an "appointment"). Making an appointment meant nothing. On a positive note. Friendly service people.

Freeman Toyota Service Department is wonderful. We scheduled an appointment for the 15,000 mile service and upon arrival there were already so many cars in the service lanes we thought we would probably be waiting longer than we wanted for the service. But, we only had to wait about 45 minutes for them to complete the service, fill our gas tank and wash the car. Everyone was very friendly and service is top notch.

My only issue is that whoever drives my car the VERY short distance always moves my seats. Since I don't have memory seats .... its frustrating having to find the right comfortable position to get it back to. Yes, a small thing, but I'd assume its possible to drive the short distances without having to move the customers seats.

Gave a $4,000 down payment. They didn’t give me the contract till a week later . By the time I got the contract the good deal that they had mentioned wasn’t the same as the contract. The contract was the worst deal that I have ever received . I tried getting out of it but they told me they would keep my 4,000 dollar down payment . I was forced to take the deal. Hit the curve 3 months ago replaced the axel and rotor and some other part that cost 2,700. Three months later the same problem that they couldn’t fix it cause a big problem and now they asking for 6,000 to fix it again and won’t even gives me discount plus they are the one that cause my car a big problem and the factory parts of a car should have warranty’s but they refuse it the fact the parts that I replaced damaged because of them being careless. I specifically went to Freeman Toyota because they are listed on the insideautomotive.com web page, where the list of dealers have to meet certain criteria to be listed. I was not disappointed, very professional and efficient people. Although the Tacoma I purchased was the last one on the lot and in high demand, they did not make any attempt to charge a higher price and I got a very fair deal. Also, I did not realize how easy they made it to take care of the remaining portion of my lease from another dealer. We had a small miscommunication on one of the options on the Tacoma, but they owned up to the situation and made it right for me. These guys are totally trustworthy, honorable and fair. You can be assured that when buying a vehicle from Freeman, you will get a great car and a fair price, and work with honest people.

Great experience! It’s the second time I’ve leased a tundra from here and I will probably be a lifetime customer. Free oil changes and tire rotations for at least 2 years, but 3 for me because I signed up for the VIP status where basically everything is covered for 40$ a month... I went over miles by A LOT! I waited patiently for the end of my lease and due to their current incentives at the time, my rep got me back into another tundra for around the same price. This time we adjusted my mileage so I won’t do that again. Pro tip: reach out to Ken Laird at Freeman Toyota, he’s so nice and helpful, he’s not pushy at all! It’s Refreshing actually to have a sales rep that is as humble and “go with the flow” as him. He will hook it up. Tell him I sent you.

So I got my first oil change scheduled with Freeman, on the new 2021 4runner, they said it would only take 45mins to an hour to do it, when it really took them about 2 and half hour just for an oil change. When I got my car keys back I went outside and the front upper bumper on my car had two long scratches, it was very sad to see that on that brand new vehicle, I went back inside so I could ask them to fix the problem, and they just did a quick buff on it, but the scratches are still there. it was a very stressful situation. Then on top of all that, about a week later I noticed there was black grease, finger prints on top near the visor, up in the left corner where they put that next, due, date oil change. People that do the maintenance on your vehicle at Freeman, either they don't care about their job, or are just not careful. Be aware!

This will definitely be my last visit at Freeman Toyota. In the past, I have always had pleasant experiences here. I purchased my vehicle here and continued to come here for regular maintenance because I liked the service despite the 35 minute commute. However, the customer service that I received today was deplorable! I waited nearly 15 minutes for someone to assist me regarding my oil change. I asked two different individuals for assistance and I was told that a service manager would be with me shortly. At one point, my vehicle was the only vehicle in the bay and numerous employees walked past me as I sat in my vehicle. Not one person came to ask me if I had been helped. A vehicle then pulled up behind me and guess what? 2-3 minutes later that individual was being attended to. After nearly 15 minutes Of waiting finally a young lady came out to assist me. God bless her she was so kind and sweet, but her kindness isn’t enough to rectify the horrible customer service that I received today. I REFUSE to spend another dime here...no more regular maintenance or repairs and I certainly won’t be trading my vehicle in here.

The effort, the man put into getting me, not only into the car I wanted, but in a VERY comfortable payment area, was absolutely extraordinary. Mad is an understatement, for month on end I was getting phone calls, text messages, voice mails, emails, and stuff in the mail on bringing my car in for a service check, because there was a recall on the airbags. Prior, to this everything was fine and running smoothly no problems at all. Fast-forward, we take it in around October when my husband is off for vacation. I personally, couldn't take it due to the fact I work both day and night so my husband took it during his time off. Didn't even have the car back for a whole week when the whole airbag light started blinking on my dashboard, my daughter was sitting in the passenger seat and the light started blinking and the sensor was beeping which is code for buckle up. She'd been buckled up and for quite a while, at that, and then it just started randomly going off and then after about 5 minutes it turned itself off, but still said there was no airbag. She called my husband and recorded it to show him, and said, it made her nervous because she didn't know if it got fixed for sure or not, and it made her uncomfortable to ride in the car not knowing if it was a glitch, and it did get fixed or if they made it worse instead of better, and was worried about the uncertainty of things if we were to get in a wreck. My husband took it back last Monday, they didn't do the best job keeping him updated or informed on what was going on with the car. He took it in incredibly early that morning and didn't get a phone call or update till 7:45 (15 minutes before closing time) just to notify him that they were keeping the car overnight for observation (whatever, that even means. It's a car place to repair a car, not a hospital to observe a patient) but okay, cool just fix my car. Followed by informing him that there might be an 80 dollar service charge to fix it. For their screw up and mistake? I don't think so. We still didn't really go anywhere or do anything with the car, until Thursday (Christmas Eve) to deliver gifts to my husbands side of the family, and low and behold the lights on the dash for the airbags came on, again and on the way home my car started to beep and flash saying, that I wasn't buckled (I was the passenger as my husband did the driving) made me feel nervous and unsafe just like my daughter felt, earlier on. I called just to see if they were open, I had the number for Santos who I believe is the head mechanic didn't answer (which understandable, it's the holidays) I left a voicemail asking him to call me first thing Monday, (which is today) to get my car fixed and that I needed them to provide me with a loaner car until it is fixed no matter how long it took, because they're the ones who screwed it up, they're the ones who need to fix it. He did, but he informed me that I'd have to bring the car in today, because he told the lady with the loaner car that he'd need it for Monday and Tuesday at most, and I could bring it in on Wednesday (which is most convenient for me) but he couldn't guarantee me a loaner car. He made all these plans and arrangements for me, without even talking to me about it first and making sure that it was at a time that works best for me. I called back to ask to speak to someone over Santos, and was informed that, that manager doesn't take service calls he works with the mechanics. Then why in the world are you a manager if that's the case? They don’t care because it’s not them, and it’s like they’re purposely screwing my car up to try and make money. Sergio, is also incredibly rude and disrespectful. Doesn’t care about the customer and practically hung up on me. Wish zero stars were an option.

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I’m in my fifties and I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles but Freeman Toyota exceeded all my expectations. I listen to Jerry Reynolds (The Car Pro) and he strongly endorses Freeman Toyota, I believe it’s the only Toyota dealership he’s recommends in the DFW area. As soon as they knew I was a Car Pro listener they rolled out the red carpet. It started with my Salesman Nick who sent me a no haggle price via text, it’s a three hour drive so I wanted everything set up in advance. Nick said I would get between $12,500 and $13,000 for my trade, guaranteed before I even drove to the dealership. When I arrived Nick had my car moved inside to make it easier for me to look it over. He gave me the keys and told me to take it for a drive and he’d have my trade in appraised while I was test driving. When I returned Nick had the paperwork ready and informed me that I would get $13,000 for my trade in, I was surprised because I thought they would keep it at the lower number of $12.500. Nick walked me over the finance where I was met by Nate and Brian. Nate went over everything to include extended warranty and gap, I didn’t want to add to my overall cost but Nate asked me to let him explain everything in detail before I made my decision. I had financing already in place but Nate was actually able to get me a lower interest rate, including gap and Toyota’s Platinum Extended Warranty (the best). All this for almost the same monthly payment as I already had with my previously approved financing. I was pleasantly surprised to say the least! Nick and Nate were an absolute pleasure to work with, they went out of their way to give me the Car Pro experience, they exceeded all my expectations! When it comes time for any of my family members to buy a new car I will bring them to Freeman Toyota so they can find out what it’s like to have a pleasant car buying experience!

Purchased a new camry 2021 7months ago, the lies that were told to sell a vehicle from salesman Adam Minkley. #1 I wanted the black wrap on the roof. Didn't have one there so I purchased one without one. But was told that there would be a discount on the sticker price, didn't find out till after all the paperwork was done. #2 the service I call to make an appointment was never fulfilled had to do with the backup camera, so I had it fix myself. #3 the toyota car package was not honored, my tires still had warranty, and the part service people said all they could do is sell a new tire. So I purchased a $298 tire for my vehicle, only cause I wanted the same brand of tire it came with from the factory. I could not find it anywhere else. If I could have I would not have done business there.

I went to this location and had THE WORST experience. Adam was our salesman and between the lowball offer they gave me for my trade ($2000 under the low KBB trade) they were trying to charge us $4k over sticker. I’ve never in my life been pushed out the door of a car dealership. I have amazing credit and lots of equity in my trade. Their loss!! I just bought the exact same car with the Toyota dealership in Burleson and saved $7k. This place is a joke. DO NOT BUY HERE!!!! Oh and I got a 1.65% interest rate and Adam said the best they could do was 2.85%. If you don’t want to get ripped off I’d suggest you buy elsewhere. Oh and the Burleson dealership gives military a discount.

He went above and beyond and even delivered the car to my door at no extra charge so I wouldn’t have to Uber back to pick up my new car. James from the finance department was also great and friendly. I was glad to find out that there are no hidden charges at Freeman Toyota like they do at Crest Nissan with 3k markups on used vehicles!

Bought my 2018 Camry hybrid from here , my sales person was good . Agreed on price but their supervisor gave different payment option , agreed on one for 3 yr term , than they send me for final paperwork at finance department, scary fun starts here Mr James Padilla at finance gave me different option with add on , said don’t want no extra add on or protection plan or service plan . Some how went home see my numbers and 1000$ more than actual price , feel like cheated , took me 2-3 days one visit to dealership to fix that issue . They are not responsible. I want go back this place again . If you go their go two person as they are super smart playing with numbers and you end up getting extras which you don’t need it . Advice : keep it simple , people will come back .

I give it the stars I did due to the fact that I went in on Saturday morning for an oil change. I arrived at 7:08 and didn’t leave until after 9:40 all because I didn’t have an appointment. I was told that I didn’t need an appointment. My vehicle is a new purchase but I still had to wait for the appointments to be done and I would be worked in! That’s not ok at all! The service overall is amazing but I don’t and didn’t have 2 1/2 hours to waste. I would definitely like to see this improved! Appointment or not it’s the customers choice to visit your location.

When I take my truck in to Freeman Toyota for service, I ask that it be checked from stem to stern, including tires. I’m 79 years old and travel to my ranch often which is 120 miles from my home and through desolate countryside. I don’t want to worry about car trouble on the way or back home. My overall experience with the personnel was good. The service side scares me. • The paper work checked off that the tire pressure was checked and filled to 36 psi. I noticed the next morning that they were still at 29-30 psi. I know the psi drops but it shouldn’t that much. I filled them up the next day and they steady stayed at 34-35 psi. • The oil skid plate was not fastened all the way and it was dangling. I was lucky enough that a co-worker pointed it out. • The waiting room was lackluster. • The car was is free so I shouldn’t expect great quality. • The passenger seat was tilted all the way back. Some minor issues but the dangling skid plate is what scares me. The fact that that happened and lied about the psi is what makes me loose all confidence in their work. I will not return and will recommend people to pick another Toyota dealership to get your vehicles serviced. At this point. I’ve lost all confidence in your service department and will probably not return as a customer.

Had my oil changed and tires rotated here because they had a special. When I received the vehicle there was a hum coming from the rear end, like a bad wheel bearing. Well, I check the pads and they look almost new. Never going back to the dealer.

I needed a 12 volt battery for my Prius. It happened on a Sunday, so Monday Toyota roadside gave me a boost and I drove to Freeman’s. It took almost 3 weeks because it was back ordered and luckily I was provided a Camry. I appreciate having the loaner. My husband was out of town and I would have been stranded. I could have gotten a ride to work but that would have been it. Thank you so much!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. 5 months ago I bought a 2013 Hyundai Veloster from here. Not only did the first associate try to rip me off. But, after finally paying 16 grand for my car, I just found it’s engine had low compression the whole time. Now, the engine needs replacement to even start, which would be an additional 6 grand. Obviously, the dealership knew of this flaw prior to making the sale, but milked me for everything they could. After contacting them, of course, they “can’t do anything about it.”

Harry Cummings was my service guy, he took very good care of my 4Runner. It was an oil change and tire rotation, I also had a nail in one tire, which they replaced, and it was covered under wty. Freeman has always taken care of me, with 2 Tundras leased, and the 4Runner bought from them, I've never had any issues with anyone there.

Worst Experience. I went for service on 05/09/2022. The service was quick , done in 50mins. However , when they retuned my car I see the scratches on the doors and in fact In few other places on my car. Tim (Service attendant) ran the details and checked pre car pictures and he couldn’t find scratches before the service. He can’t do anything and asked me to call Manager. I stay 20miles from this place, I am afraid how times I should run to this place to fix my car scratches. The car wash was pathetic, I could clearly see the dust on the back of the car after the wash.

My hispanic wife brought in the car for an oil change. She waited a while for a service rep to start checking her in. None did and she waited patiently, figuring they were busy. A white lady drove up behind her and received immediate service...ok maybe just a fluke. After the car was checked the service technician mentioned items that should be serviced, including a very dirty cabin air filter. We actually replaced the cabin air filter the day before ourselfs, as it is an easy procedure. Needless to say my wife was upset when she got home. We've been customers of Freeman Toyota for 20 years and bought a couple of cars from them. However, our trust has been "dented" and we will probably look into switching dealerships. Sad

I’m their customer for 10 years now and 2 days ago I brought my car to them for the oil change service, while the time they service they wrecked my car in something ( broke headlight ,scratch both sides of bumper)then they used something to spray on to cover the scratches .I didn’t know until 2 days later my wife saw the bumper had been wrecked and headlight broken. I brought my car back to the service place and saw Tim Farran to complain about what happen to my car, he said “my guys didn’t do that, we don’t have anything to spray on your car” I also request him backup the camera on that to see what did they do to .car but he said! When we purchased the car with them the car was filthy. The sales person said I didn’t look close enough at the car. When my wife opened the middle console it had something sticky and full of dog hair. Then there was a candy wrapper inside. You didn’t need to inspect the car in detail it was out in the open. They did a horrible job. On top of that the car had dog hair! He called his boss and said I was complaining about the car, who wouldn’t. So they said they would reimburse me for getting it detailed. When I paid for it and got it done they made excuses that it wasn’t a printed receipt, it was a small business so they had written receipts. This is what was said “Hello accounting rejected the receipt because it was hand written and no name on the top of the receipt it needs to be a computer print out in order to go thru accounting”. So I had to pay to get a car cleaned that should of been taken car of before hand. Terrible experience. On top of that they told my wife they would email the papers she signed and they never did.

I pulled into the service department, was met by a very pleasant service advisor. She checked what I needed to have done for the 18000 mile check up and I left the car with her. She called and text me to let me know when my car was ready to pick up. The receptionist was very pleasant also. Paid to get tires rotated. They did not rotate the tires. Paperwork said that they did. The only way I knew was because my front left tire had more air than the others. When I got my pickup back, it was still in the same position. Mark your tires before you get tires rotated.

Very efficient service. Friendly workers. Discovered the free coffee and juice center and was impressed by the cleanliness and the variety of choices for coffee and tea. The restrooms were very clean. Also, they had chairs with little shelves on the arm of the chairs to hold beverage cups, this is very thoughtful for customers and cleaning staff. I really like Freeman Toyota for their multi-ethnic staff.

This Place Absolutely bad, full of bad work. I went for Car Break Fix, Guys gave me estimate for 2 hours, waited 2 hours and he came with issue that break need to be replaced in one side. They checked only one side , Cost of Checking one wheel Break 80$ . Then They asked me to wait for another 2 hours to get that fixed. I refused to wait , then he asked me wait for 30-40 min to check out. On Top of that they asked me 25$ for filling air in the tier. Purchased a vehicle from them at the beginning of July 21, and no more than 2 wks later the vehicle is in the shop. I thought the issues with the truck might have something to do with the repairs they did before the vehicle was sold. I left the vehicle with them to test and they said nothing was wrong. I took the sales rep with me to let him hear the noise that was coming from underneath the vehicle, which I could do on command. The sales rep stated that it's a used vehicle, and sold as is so nothing we can do. The salesman suggested that I just have to switch truck in and out of overdrive so the noise doesn't happen. I understand as is, but when a vehicle is sold, it's expected to not have issues other than normal wear and tear. My wife traded in her Tahoe the same week, had 2 electrical issues that were $1400 and the smaller dealer took care of the issue in less than 24 hrs, not like Freeman, who basically told me tough luck. I've spoken to 2 other dealerships trying to possibly trade the vehicle for something else, and they both said Freeman is in the wrong, and it's places like Freeman that give us a bad rap. All this has happened before my 1st payment has been made. My vehicle has been in the shop for 5 days now, which will just add an extra expenses. I will never buy any type of vehicle from Freeman Toyota ever again, whether it's new or used. A company should honor their sale for a paying customer, now I have $17k debt and a vehicle that's been sitting at a garage for the past week. I

My husband and I went into Freeman Toyota to purchase a specific car we had already picked out online. We told the salesman straight away that we had pre-approved financing from our credit union, and that is how we will be financing the vehicle. The salesman still ran our credit, after I reiterated that we already have financing set up from our credit union, but they proceeded to run our credit TWICE. They kept coming back with financing and interest rates provided through the dealership, to which we kept responding that we will be financing through our credit union. We waited for about two hours, and we’re finally taken to the financing department to seal the deal. After spending a few minutes with the financing specialist, (three hours in) he showed us all of our paperwork, which was set up to finance through the dealership. When we told him that we already had financing, he had NO IDEA. Obviously he then proceeded to try to convince us to finance through them, which was not going to happen. ESPECIALLY now. So we ended up having to leave to go back to our credit union to work everything out. So not only did they NOT listen to our needs, wasting 3 hours of our time by being sharks and trying manipulate us into financing with them, but they pulled our credit TWICE against our wishes, just to try to make more money. The ONLY reason I’m giving them two stars is because they had the vehicle I wanted at a good price. But we were very disappointed with the integrity of the customer service, and we will not be back.

During this time with inventory being a difficult process, with limited cars being for sale, salesman Gustavo Lara made this entire experience WORTH IT. I highly recommend purchasing cars with him! He was very communicative, honest, and resourceful. He made sure to get anything my mom needed, and made sure she felt safe with her purchase. THE ONLY THING I WOULD RECOMMEND: is for the other salesman that was also trying to sell this same car, to be more professional. Issues between colleagues and coworkers should be kept away from customers. Going to every other salesman around our table, and stating that he was suppose to sell this car instead of Mr. Lara, is very unprofessional. Making customers feel uncomfortable. Five star rating is for Gustavo Lara because even though this had occurred during our experience, he still made sure we left happy and confident with our purchase with Toyota.

I have been getting oil changes here since 2013. Service reps have been great in giving me good deals with oil changes and other services required. Seems I got a new rep when I come in the other day. He quoted something different from what my car usually uses at a way high price, even when I told him it didn't require what he quoted me, he didn't believe me. Long story short, he talked to his supervisor and gave me the deal that I showed on my phone that was from the dealership. I'm still happy with the service.

The Internet sales department was not transparent on pricing. The sales person Craig sent the deal to finance without informing me the vehicle will be marked up $3000 above the sticker price on the window.....this left the finance department to explain it to me and subsequently negotiate the price of the truck...maybe this is a new sales tactic, maybe not, either way the overall experience was was unpleasant because of the internet sales department. However Mason in finance was composed, professional and courteous through the whole process....no surprise to me that the original window sticker which was on the truck just a couple of hours before was no where to be found on or in my brand new truck after I was done in finance.

I originally went to the Toyota in Grapevine, but the girl I spoke to over the phone and the guy helping me when I was there were rude. I didn't want to go back there so that's when I called Freeman Toyota. The guy who helped me with my appointment was super nice and extremely helpful and offered additional options to help work with my schedule and needs. I came late, completely my fault, but they were willing to take me anyway even though they were busy. I didn't have enough time to get signed in and have the shuttle take me to work though so I had to leave. Again, my fault. I called to reschedule for later that day and apologized about everything and the girl was super nice about it which made me feel a little less embarrassed about coming back. When I got there, they knew who I was but were still super friendly and made me feel comfortable and less stressed. All the people I came across were young, so I don't know if that helps to identify and give them recognition for their top of the line customer service. They were also very knowledgeable and informative on top of being extremely helpful and friendly. I was quoted with accurate times and prices and given recommendations on what needed attention on my car with a breakdown of what it all meant and the cost and time and the level of importance without feeling pressured. Oh, and the price I paid here was much less than what my total was added up to at Toyota of Grapevine. I came in feeling stressed and embarrassed that day and left feeling extremely satisfied and relieved.

I came in just to replace the battery on my fob, honestly. I didn't know that my 2017 Camry SXE had such value! Davin helped me out, was very personable and very knowledgeable. Purchased brand new top of a line Highlander (limited edition) with AWD. After 17,000 miles all four tire thread were completely gone. Infact the tire thread was 2/32. The car had full bumper to bumper warranty but salesman first reaction that tires are not part of the warranty. The manager himself agreed that particular tires from Bridgestone are poorly made but Toyota have to purchase from multiple vendor due to some law. Very disappointed that Toyota does not stand behind on the product that they sell. I expected better! The sales manager recommended to call the Toyota headquarter and they don't even bother to do anything. Few months ago I recommended few friends to buy Toyota. One purchase the new Camry and other one purchased Avalon. Based on my experience will never recommend or buy Toyota product.

I recently took my 2021 Highlander to Freeman Toyota off 820 in Hurst. The experience was a pleasant one. Other dealers sit you in a crowded waiting room with outdated magazines. At Freemans, the waiting room has ample space, it is clean and seats are comfortable . Before I realized it , my name was called and and my car had not only been serviced but also washed.

Excellent car buying experience. We worked with Amber Minor and she was pleasant and easy to work with. I very much appreciated their honesty and very straight forward approach when we were discussing our cars trade in value as well as the price of the new Camry we bought. Additionally, the car we purchased had hail damage, which was unknown to us until they brought it up. We then scheduled a service to get the damage repaired, which they completed for us without any hassles. Would highly recommend and would buy a car from them again!

I took my 2021 Prius to collision for a scheduled repair. After a number of wrong directions Steve Curry (who is amazing) sent me to Denise Howeth. She took the time to take care of my needs including getting my car to service before going to the body shop and securing a rental car. Desmond Adger in the service department also handled the service of my car. I have worked with Steve for years and even though he has moved to Freeman Honda, he took care of me. Denise remembered me from years ago and was wonderful. Kudos to those three people

Davin Williams at Freeman Toyota is by far the best salesman I have ever worked with. His patience and service is second to none. He took the time to help me find the right car for my daughter, and even though it took us a while he never made us feel rushed or like we were just a number. Once we found the right car, he made the process so easy and fast! This was the quickest I have ever been in and out of a dealership. Not to mention the great deal!!
