I had a most pleasant experience taking out an emergency loan at the Haltom City store today thanks to Adriana, who's an incredibly smart, knowledgable, kind, and honest employee. First, she helped me select the type of loan that was best suited for me and then she went above and beyond the call of duty in getting the loan money deposited into my account as quickly as possible. Rarely, if ever, have I experienced such outstanding customer service at a loan office. I highly recommend Advance America and its Haltom City location in particular for those who need to borrow some money in a hurry.
