    Brandi is so freaking awesome. I LOVE her personality! The girl can multi task like crazy and she needs a raise or whatever yall are giving her. I'm not even from this side of town and will drive out here to deal with her ONLY!

    Sonia is very rude! makes up her own rules , guess because she dont want to work. apparently if you show up at 5pm its too late to request a temporary card. But no info given on the time frame to walk in for a temporary card...in reality its zero stars, had to click on one to comment.

    I had driven around town looking for a place to help me and finally had given up when someone suggested Ace to me. I called and spoke with Natasha and she said she could help. I walked in and she was so pleasant to work with! I strongly recommend this location and her! Great job! She even sold me on a debit card too! She just made my frustration’s disappear with how awesome, friendly, and professional she was!

    Brandi at Ace Cash Express in Hurst, TX was Awesome! She makes patrons feel welcomed and at ease. I needed to have a matter handled in a limited time window and couldn't make it in until close to your closing time. She took the time to not only assist me thoroughly but other last minute customers coming in. She had such a great attitude and proactive customer service!     Normally when I go in the manager is there and everything goes by swiftly andget charged about $6-10 in fees; However the last time I went I was being attended by a new employee that was very confused the whole time I was cashing out a check, some other lady had to assist her. I don't mind that but I was charged $20 in fees and was told it was because she was new and couldn't adjust fees. My check was only 540, $20 is a pretty big chunk.. could've bought some nuggets with that lol.
