ACE Cash Express N Main St, Euless

Vonda was absolutely impressive and very helpful. Not only was she charming and welcoming, she helped find an error on my account I had noticed. She made my transaction much more enjoyable; and honestly how much fun can you have at Ace Cash Express ijs.

Vonda set me up with a flare card and she said that if I set up direct deposit I can get paid 2 days faster! Will be setting it up. She was also professional and polite. Will definately come back to see her to take care of me!!!!

I don't usually write reviews, so my writing this review definitely means something. 💯 I would like to give a shout out to LaVonda for always being so incredibly friendly, helpful, on point, and professional. She always goes above and beyond, believe me. She definitely knows how to do her job, and she does it well. I'm always happy to see that she's there when I walk in ... because she already knows who I am, by name, and already knows all of the services that I usually have done, and she makes sure that everything goes very smoothly. Definitely impressed with her and always have been. I first met her at the Grapevine location, when it was still open, and then ran into her again, here at the Euless location. We have built a great rapport in all that time and I'm glad that she's decided to stay on at this location. Aslo....she dresses impeccably, always looks beautiful, but professional, and always has a smile on her face! 😊 I would also like to give a shout out to Sonia, as she was the person who ran this location before LaVonda did, and she was also very friendly, helpful, and professional. I was sad to hear that she had moved to another location, as she and I also had a good rapport built between us -- but I am very glad that it's LaVonda who's replacing her, since she had to leave. ☺ I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about ANY of the employees I've encountered there -- apparently whomever does the hiring has an amazing intuition about who's going to be a wonderful employee and who won't! 😁 Great job, Ace! You definitely will continue to have MY business! 👍😊

LaVanda Is the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. She is very nice and treats customers like she's known them for years. I highly recommend if you go into the Euless Ace cash express location you look for her. SHE TRULY AMAZING.

My first time cashing a check there I didn’t have a bank or anything but when I left there I left with not only a smile but a checking account that I love!!! The staff and management was nothing short of amazing!! I loved the energy and vibe there😍😍 I’m already referring my college friends🤣 thanks you guys so much for your services!!

The list of services provided is about 10x too long. They provide a fraction of the services that their Google listing claims to be available. Furthermore, LaVonda shouldn't sound like she's having a bad day as soon as she answers the phone.
