Today I decided I needed a loan & chose Title max on 28 th street and was greeted by a representative named David who showed,courtesy, professional conduct and shared with me the knowledge and understanding of securing a title loan in which I felt confident. David E. helped me out and was fantastic! He had 5 customers at one time and no one had to wait very long. While one thing was processing he would help someone else. He was extremely friendly. I had talked to him on the phone last week and he is the reason I came here and didn't go elsewhere.

Unless you're dealing with David, I believe his name is then just hang up the phone until he's available. Anyone else is worthless to deal with at this location!!!! The girls are rude,snotty, and think its a joke and don't even try and diffuse the situation or help you out! They're just ready to get off the phone so they can sit on their lazy butts!!! Poor poor poor customer service for the most part!

The lady's are polite, but the manager David Salazar has no idea what respect is, he laughs about people and tell the ladies the (you have to make them mad sometimes )in front of other customers. Puts phone calls on hold when he is doing nothing. And picking his nails and do not sanitaze.
