Do Not do business with this company..... They'll sell you on good customer service at the start, once your signed up. They are gone. If you have an issue you'll spend some time on the phone with them, be prepared. Fee Fee Fee as well.

If I can give this negative stars, I would. Met with Colte, he was nice, polite and over all seem to be a good guy. He told me that he is very responsive to customer issues and also, I won't have a monthly fee. I have this in writing, along with emailing Eric Castillo. Once Colte has my contract and account is set up. He became a ghost. I could not get a hold of him for months. I have email Eric on my issues, and he will always say "he's working on it" but it's crickets for weeks. I have to constantly follow up with him to get any update. I asked specifically about the charges and what they are for, and he said in email, in writing, that it was a bank mix up and I shouldn't be charged. Did not get a refund. I have to call my bank and dispute my charges. I email Michael Moore, the company president, and his response is "He can't refund me because he wasn't there at the time of sale and can only follow the application" yet, in the application, the charges there and what Sundance is charging me, are two different amounts. I don't have a problem paying a monthly fee, as that is pretty normal. It is the lack of communication, professionalism, lying, and ignoring my calls/texts/emails after getting a sale is what frustrates me. We are all small business owners, and we know that we do it right by the customer. I thought Sundance have the same work ethic as me, since that is what Colte, portrayed. It is much further from the truth. I will continue to use Square. Thankfully, I have not cancel with them. This issue has been going on for 8 months now. I'm sure they're great for some people, but they really didn't give a damn about my business.

I have been in business almost 32 years and have had about 8 to 10 different credit card processors. Based on the last 6 months, this has been the easiest and smoothest company I have been associated with in the credit card processing world. So far, EVERYTHING has ran smooth and easy, and they have done EVERYTHING they said they would ! No hassles( my former processor was PAYSAFE--lets just say I would never take credit cards again if they were the only choice-probably a 100 hours on the phone this year alone trying to get them to DO THEIR JOB). Okay, I'm back. My agent with SUNDANCE is Anthony Harrison; I would recommend him HIGHLY!! I need all my time to run my business and he did everything I need to get going and stay smooth running so I could do just that. It is nice to have a rep I can trust!!! Thank you and thank you SUNDANCE.

We've had several processors over the years, but none compare to Sundance and Texas Card Payments. I often speak with Justin at Texas Card Payments and he is amazing! Always kind, considerate, patient, helpful and thorough. Fees are better than most, but the customer service is hands down the best we've encountered. Thanks everyone!

Worst company to use WARNING!! STAY AWAY! I was told It was a year contract by the sales rep. When the year was over they said I had a three year contract and that I would be charged 600 dollars to cancel service. There is another review with the exact situation. They will lie to you do not give them your info.

This is a horrible company to deal with. The sales people lie about the services they provide. Horrible customer service… they lie to get you in a 3 year contract. They will lie and say it’s not a contract but an agreement but it’s the same thing. Once they sign you up for service you never here from them again. The sales person Michael Moore is a very dishonest person and should not be trusted. The equipment is horrible always lost signal I need to troubleshoot it every single day. I canceled my service in the first week because all the lies and problems. They still charged me for $273.31 after my account was closed From March till August 3rd 2021. I would advise anyone not to ever use this company

The company is really helpful. We had a storm blowout our other system and they helped us get a new one. After a test the new machine was immediately superior to our previous system. The representative was also quite helpful and came over many time to check how it was going. All in all it’s been great working with them.

I am from a real shop that have been using their services for 3 months. Read this if you ever think about working with them. Don't believe whatever their rep say when they come to your shop to advertise. You will be shocked if you ever called Sundance and confirm what their rep said. Sundance just said to me, "We don't know why that rep said like that." "She doesn't work for us." "Whatever she told you told, we don't know about that." Can you work with a company that give you answers like those? Their rep came to my shop 3 months ago and advertised about their merchant service. She said there will be no monthly fees, no batch fee, no statement fees, no daily batch fees. Guess what? They charged me all kinds of fees that the rep did say "No fees" when I questioned her serveral times. I called Sundance and explained the whole situation. Sundance said they don't know about the rep the came to my shop, they don't care about what she said. In the meantime their rep kept avoiding me for 2 months, doesn't come to over to solve the problem. AND THE FEES KEEP ADDING UP! . I mistakenly used their machine once last month to swipe a $40 charge, and the monthly fees came out $66.90. Yep, I was charged $66.90 to swipe a $40 debit card! I post this to let whoever looking for more info about this company. Be aware!

Scam! This company promised fees that would be lower than competitors. Sundance Payment Solution charge outrageous monthly fees. They also promised to provide supplies for credit card machine as well. They never return calls. They want me to pay almost $700 for contract breach.
