Poor customer service. Will not explain any issues, will not contact the owner. They do not answer questions regarding your personal business with them, but would rather jump the gun and threaten their customers over a situation that could have been so easily handled by one phone call or one fax. They will cuss you and then tell your job that you cussed them and will call the dealership you deal with and tell them you cussed them out. They do absolutely nothing, but lie. By the looks of it multiple ppl have bad experiences with these people and yet they still have not gotten any better. Why leave reviews if nothing will be done and dealerships still deal with them? I DO NOT recommend them for anyone!!!!

I received letter from the IRS show that these unprofessional individual reported. Owe the money likes it’s an income that I tried calling about because I’m not familiar wit this company no answer and they do not respond they only out to scam you out money and do not want to send information about what you are inquiring about and this was something that has supposing occurred in 2018

ZERO Ratings. How are you a financial services company and can not comprehend how interest works. You don't give your customers the option of applying extra payments to the principal but your SYSTEM only allow payments to applied towards the next months payment. You MF know what you are doing. You are not allowing the loan to paid off sooner and are charging interest on the incorrect balance. When you apply the extra payment to the principal you lower the balance and interest is calculated off that balance. And because most people will not make a payment the following month (if the extra payment covers the next months payment) interest continues to accrue on a daily basis. However the way you are doing it you are taking advantage of people. A bunch of SORRY SOBs and ya momma.

This company has always been the worst. I've been trying to get my title for 10 years after I paid the car off and have held on the phone and been transferred for over 100 hours with no answers or help.

Long, very Long wait times. Need to hire another call center. Unable to get thru to let them know about their abandoned vehicle at our shop. 181 days and counting.

All though it take the act of Congress to get through on the phone to anyone, there still a great financial institution to deal with.

I have called twice for the two days and sat on hold for 2 hours each time to obtain a title for a car that was paid off 12 years ago. I kept getting transfered to various people. The last person I asked to speak to a supervisor they refused to allow me to. Customer service representative went by the name CJ. At 6:59 pm he hung up knowing I would not be able to call back in time to speak to anyone. I intend on calling back and having their supervisor pull the call I had with him. I asked over 20 times to speak to a supervisor and was refused. The account is an old account and needs a special system to pull it up but everyone refused because they just wanted to go home for the day.

If I could give no stars I would I haven't had a car with GM financial in almost 10 years but I'm steal dealing with these people trying to get money from me makes no sense at all sorry but not sorry I will not pay taxes for something I don't own

My experience with this company was very brief but very informative, professional and a bit disturbing at the same time. However, it was not there fault that it was disturbing they handled there end of it very well in my opinion and for that I am grateful.

I would give this place 0 stars but obviously you have to give something in order to leave a review. Told me I was financed for a vehicle and then 2 weeks later getting a call from my dealership saying I needed to return the car. Call them to find out what’s going on for them to tell me I was only preapproved for the loan. I had this car for a month and now having to return it trying to get a down payment and figuring out something to drive at the same time because I sold my vehicle when I got the new one.
