Lorence was very informative and professional with the whole process. He answered every question I had about the loan and actually showed all the answers on the loan papers. He was a very nice and cheerful man. Made sure that I was satisfied with the whole processs. I would refer this store and him personally to everyone.

This is my second loan with TitleMax of Orland Park, Illinois. Both times Lawrence was the customer representative that took care of me. He is extremely friendly and intelligent. He goes above and beyond while multitasking. The whole process is pretty easy. The Branch Manager Chris is very involved with all of the customers as well! I have already referred several friends to this particular branch. Can’t say enough about my overall experience!!!

This location should be your first choice if you want a no nonsense experience because Lawrence and Melissa have strong interpersonal skills. They assess needs, answer questions honestly, and give guidance through the options....unlike personnel at many brick and mortars, they have experience and know what they are doing.

Came and saw Lorence, amazing customer service. Went back and forth with the underwriters to get me more money. The entire pricess was less than an hour. He is definitely the man to see at TitleMax. I will be recommending/referring friends and family to him!!!

I came in today and spoke to Lorence @ Title Max in Orland Park. He was very personable, professional, & down to earth. He was very helpful and welcoming! The process lasted longer than 30mins but that's because my motorcycle did not meet the engine CC criteria so I had to go back home to get my car. Overall, I was pleased, they approved me, got the money needed and would definitely recommend to my friends!!!
