If I could give 10 stars, I would. On my 60th birthday, I had just been laid off my job, my rent was due, and I hadn't been able to pay my truck registration in over a year. I called this location for help, and I received much more than just help. Angel (Mgr.) & Lilian (Asst. Mgr.), went over and above providing me with not only outstanding customer service and satisfaction. Angel & Lilian, went that extra mile to make sure I was treated with the utmost respect, compassion, and understanding, for what I was going through. Angel and Lilian, also proved to me within minutes of walking in the front door. That I was going to be taken care of by two individuals with the highest of integrity, the very best of intentions to my situation, and both of them proved to me. That they really were concerned about me, my situation, and not focused on making money off me or my situation. Angel and Lillian must be recognized for their dedication, outstanding customer service, and for their priceless understanding, compassion, and for their dedication to helping me. In today's world, these are two special, unique and valuable souls who gave me the very best of Birthdays in my 60 years. Word of mouth is the best advertisement for any business. This place is awsome. The young lady that helped me was very friendly and made me feel very welcomed. She was very specific on how the process works.
