Went to the Victorville office. Spoke with Chrystal. She was very informative and knowledgeable. I wish rates were more affordable but she gave great customer experience. Not sure if shes the manager or not, but she should. Would recommend using their services without credit check hassle.

My daughter needed some money to cover unexpected bills and asked me to go with her as she was leery of being scammed. Crystal was super patient with all our questions, thoroughly explained everything and made sure my daughter was comfortable with the decision without a lot of pressure on her. I'm super satisfied and thankful for titlemax and Crystals professionalism and kindness to my daughter. Its nice to feel like you matter and youre not just another number to a company.

Everybody here is super helpful and HONEST! You have to be realistic, this is great for a SHORT term loan or you will pay a lot of money in interest. They do a very good job in explaining the contract plus it really is our job as customers to read what we are signing. I had the loan for a couple months, paid it off today and got my car title back on the spot. Thank you Crystal for the great service and the other nice girl too (i forgot her name😬).

I was nervous about getting an auto title loan and afraid of going in and being turned down. From the moment I walked in Ben was extremely helpful and easygoing, taking the time to explain how the process worked. I cant put into words how grateful I am and how much weight was lifted off my chest by the time I left there and that was aside from the loan! I have dealt with many lenders in my time and the service I received at this Title Max location here in Victorville was absolutely incredible. Alejandra was fantastic! Really made everything easy and was super helpful and informative. She had me in and out in no time. I thought long and hard before taking my business to Title Max and I'm so happy I did. I wish more people had the work ethic, personality and friendliness that Ms Alejandra has.
