Customer Service is so very important. You only get 5 seconds to make a first impression and Andrea did just that with her award winning smile the first time I came through the door. I asked her what was need and she gladly assisted and was very informative and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the service that she provided during this very stressful time.

TitleMax provides a great product , unfortunately my experience went sour when I realized the "General Manager" (Edith) Failed to properly inform me of the interest fees I'd be accruing if I changed my due dates, when it came down to me noticing additional charges she ignored my questions and further focused on her personal life. After multiple times of me requesting answers to my additional fees that she could not answer I had to turn to corporate to address my situation. I was lucky enough to get my problem resolved by corporate and the "Store Manager" Maria , Maria was so kind and helpful while being the personal handling my claim with corporate. I have been seeing the dispute with the state and title lending issues and I get the entire issue, How ever it's a very great product that this lending company provides when the product is used right and you are very well informed of the product. My bad experience was from me not being given all the CORRECT information but was easily resolved.

Edith was one of the most helpful reps I've been with at any company recently. I was very confident in her, and I know she went above and beyond to help me, and I couldn't be more grateful!

Andrea was GREAT! Provided great service to my husband and I, Very informative of all the lending process. was able to answer all our questions will much detail.

I first contacted Edith over the phone and she explained the whole process to me and gave me an estimate on how much i could borrow on my car. She met me at the front counter, and I knew right away who she was because she has such a pleasant voice. I was in and out of there in about 45 minutes and enjoyed her friendly conversation the entire time. She is a total asset to any employer and deserves the best!
