Not only did the appraiser use the wrong property plat when appraising our home (thus delaying the escrow process) but Lisa misspelled my sister’s name on the escrow papers, thus creating ANOTHER delay. If that weren’t enough, she made the check out to the wrong person. Giving this incompetent person one star is too generous !

Kristin did a great job of keeping me informed about the status of the transaction on a weekly basis. This was really helpful of keeping the sellers and myself on track as to what still needed to be done. The senior discount offered by WFG saved my clients about $250.00. As a realtor, I will stay far away from this company. My buyer was unable to purchase a property and had to cancel escrow. This company charged him a full fee to cancel. For an escrow company to do this is just bad business. My client was already in a stressful financial situation and then gets hit with the huge fee. He is being coerced into signing this form or they will keep his entire deposit.

Josh Olsen went above and beyond to close our transaction on time. When the recording got pulled for a court seal that was missing, Josh went to the court to obtain another certified copy. This company takes service to a whole new level. Thank you WFG National.
