I paid out one loan and came in to get another one. I wasn't sure how much I needed but the manager Mr. Dan waited patiently on me until I was comfortable with my payments. Great customer service, nice environment and just overall nice people who make you feel like family. They greet you when you enter the store and thank you for your business when leaving. I called before heading to office asking if I could come do another loan, Lisa looked up my account and had my info ready when I arrived. Kudos to this location for such awesome customer service!

The Best customer service!! even when you show up at closing. I felt bad my washer just went out and I showed up 5 minutes to closing and Mr Dan still welcomed me in with the same friendly service as I received the first time using them; got me in and out in no time. To whomever take time to read this I want to thank Olive Branch TitleMax for the most outstanding experience that I have witnessed in over 30 years. It probably would be entirely too much to type on here about what all they did today the help me get out from under a horrible situation. But will try and shorthand my experience because everyone in 2021 deserve to have an experience like they provided me today. Needless to say there were some small bumps along the way and even though they were short-staffed when I originally arrived and were stressing out that they were not going to be able to help me today they all came together as a team over the phone and got the job done. I had recently taken out loan with Mississippi title loan in Tupelo where I was completely lied to screwed over and avoided as I tried to reach out to management and corporate office father local store manager she would not give me her bosses name number or any contact information so I could call and report the situation at hand she only told me that she would report the situation and someone would contact me later which never happened. So after that I decided to let TitleMax possibly buy out my loan from them well that is not an easy process when it goes perfectly smooth but much less when you have only one employee in store the other corporate guy on one phone and the local management call the other phone. Well since they cannot do a buyout she was there by herself an actual corporate representative awkward to come into the store and not only offer to help but also got me approved for a personal loan and followed me to the bank cash that check then follow me all the way down to Tupelo where he went in personally with the personal loan cash and used it to pay off existing loan and get my title back even though we arrived in Tupelo after business hours he still then turn back around and drove the hour and a half back to Olive Branch to process my Now new title loan with the title max and the lady at the store also stayed after hours and while he was driving down the interstate she was on the phone with him already submitting every bit of the paperwork and documentation I need for the title loan so when arrived add 730 p.m. they are there waiting on me with all of my paperwork completed in hand we're all I have to do is sign my name and collect the money. And there was more details and things along the way but honestly y'all this crew of three people sold off some absolutely customer service and driven basket hand like I have never witnessed. From the in-store representative play in on the store phone then having two cell phones also with Representatives on all three phones and they all walk through the process together then the local manager jumps in drive to Tupelo gets my title for me sounds all the way back after hours to process it today so I could get my money. It still seems unreal to believe. I wish I could get in touch with top management of TitleMax and these three right here deserves a bonus. I fail to mention that I did not have quiet enough gas to get to Tupelo and all the way back before how to get the loan manager also breaks into his own pocket and gave me $20 for gas and told me it's on him he didn't even want it paid back. If you're ever in need TitleMax on Cockrum Road in Olive Branch is unbelievable and stands Above the Rest by far. Thanks to all of y'all that TitleMax and corporate you need to take care of these three employees and send them on a vacation after all they just did for me today. I'm going to be indebted in more ways than one to those three for helping me out in a time of need. Truly a blessing today
