I have used them twice and they are very nice and professional but the only downside is when you pay your title loan off , if you are using the app and you pay it off like that they say you have to wait 5 days to get your title and im very sorry but that is ridiculous. The longest you would think would be a day or MAYBE two. I did not know this and had the car sold today to someone and I missed the sell because if the wait. I’m not saying it’s all TitleMaxs fault because I could have asked but who thinks the wait would be 5 days. I have asked a few people and they said that it’s odd that they do that. Anyways I do appreciate them being nice over all , guess I’m disappointed
