My experience at this location was great. The store manger Keana Gordon was extremely informative and knowledgeable about the loan process. She took the time to explain all terms and conditions and followed up with me to ensure my loan was paid off in full. Customer service was superior and the store was clean and organized, I highly recommend.

This is my 4th time borrowing...Shaneise is very informative, explaining the loan types & process w/clarity! The child even asked me questions at the end to see if I was listening. Previous visits customer service wasn't as sharp except for when Ms Katrina had to get involved when they where having system issues!

my payment due on November 3 was a Sunday and I went to pay Monday and they charge me the full month of interest, The manager named Katrina with a rough attitude as if I was asking for something for free, she referred me to her supervisor and I never got any answer for part of her. With this I can only say that the treatment I obtained was racist, I can bet that if this case had been someone of color she would have done everything possible to help them
