The manager(Nicole Boyce) at this location is very professional, and very caring of others well being. When I walked in the location she greeted me an was quickly ready to assist with my issue. I wouldn't go to any other Advance America but the Hickory Hill location in East Memphis.

Everytime I come there Nicole is always alone but very helpful and knowledgeable of what the company offers. She is also very helpful with what would be the best fit for my needs at that time.

I witnessed a male customer curse out the manger while she was only trying to be polite he seemed to be drunk, then he threatened HER, now every time I come into this location she’s is very friendly and always goes above and beyond for her customers.this company should invest in protecting their employees more often and she was in the store alone he really tried to intimidate her.

I stumbled upon advance America because I needed at least $650 for my car note my child’s father refused to let me borrow it and I didn’t know who to turn too my mother told me about advance America and I was unsure at first because I didn’t know how the process worked when I came into the doors of Advance America I instantly knew that I was good hands the first young lady I saw was by the name of Ms.Pam such a warm and welcoming spirit and as I looked down to my left I saw two beautiful young ladies by the name of Nicole and Brenae these ladies help me get approved for 800 and I only needed 6!
