If I could give ZERO stars I would. I bought the car 12/16/2021. My check engine light came on 12/19/2021 and I contacted my sales person, no response. I’ve literally had issues with the car since purchase. Here it is 2/17/2022 and I’m told that my car needs a new engine but is still waiting on diagnostics since the mechanic of their choice is full. Still no response from my sales person. I’ve been begging to speak with a manager and have been told that they would give me a call, NO RESPONSE! This place will sell you a lemon and give you the run around about your warranty. WOULDN’T RECOMMEND AT ALL

This is my first experience purchasing a vehicle on line. My experience with Derrick has been very pleasant. While the purchasing experience was ok, getting the vehicle delivered was a nightmare. As off this review I'm 6 days and still no vehicle. I've been told each day that the vehicle would be delivered by 5pm and still no vehicle. I just can not understand why I've been told the delivery was happening knowing that what I was being told was untrue a customer should not have to call everyday begging for their vehicle The manager of the location really doesn't appear to care. In my opinion it should not take this long to receive a vehicle.when I purchased the vehicle I was told the delivery would take place within 72 hours. So I will wait till 5 pm today and be disappointed again that the vehicle has not arrived. So my warning to anyone that needs a vehicle quick should look at a local dealership or individual.

This was a really great buying experience. The whole team was nice to work with. They answered all my questions and were very understanding about my budget and didn't try to oversell me into something beyond my means. Derrick was very professional and I will absolutely update my review once I've had more time with the car. But the warranty offer and the 3 day test drive gives you great peace of mind.

It's bad enough you have to inconveniently purchase offline but to make matters worse don't you submit everything is up to them when they get back to you and for me that was never I had to constantly call and I finally got them to do something more than leave a note the second day I was turned down because of valuable information that I should have known from the jump and they wasted my time

My husband purchased a Chrysler 200 on 10/20/21 as of 10/23/21 the car stated running hot, engine light came on, throttle body light came on. They came and picked it up, keep it for 3 weeks and returned it. About 5 days later the transmission went out, they towed it again had it for about 2 weeks, and we got it back on 12/2/21. Then by 12/10/21 the car was running hot again. They towed it again and we got it back 12/23/21. It is now 01/04/22 and the car has over heated with all the same engine lights, throttle, etc. and my family is stranded again on the highway. But yet they want to keep collecting payments and charge us for warranty's when they clearly sold us a Lemon. They won't swap out the car, we've spoken with 2 managers. I'm contacting a lawyer and the BBB.

I got a car on August 5, 2021 I been having problems with this car since I got it . The car has been in and out the shop constantly!They have poor customer service (Melissa ) especially! Has a really smart mouth and very disrespectful. When you put your car in the shop they don't keep you updated even though they say they would ... I informed them 3 days ahead before my note was due that my job had cut my hours and stated to them that my payment would be late that I would double up and Melissa stated that I couldn't pay late and that she didn't want to talk on the phone with somebody that can't pay a note ! I have great communication with them however, they don't communicate unless you're talking about paying they don't care about their customers or the cars they just want money ! I never been behind on a payment and they're trying to force me to bring it back to the lot I definitely don't recommend ifinance my pay payment is only 4 days late !!!

The experience and car as a whole has been pretty great. And I haven't had problems with my vehicle. Derrick was pretty helpful and quick with the process. However, literally everytime I've called or needed some type of information, Rebecca answered the phone and no matter how courteous or respectful I was with her, she was rude. Worst attitude ever to be someone who is the first person to speak with a potential or returning customer. Rebecca's the ONLY reason I give 2 stars. 🤷🏾‍♂️

I would fully expect a business like this to follow through with their conversations. They offered to give me a vehicle value on my used F-150 and i got gaslighted and ghosted. I do not recommend this business.

Antuan is good at what he do. The process is very fast and simple it’s like shopping for a car at home. Once the process is over then your car will be delivered to you. Antuan was a big help every step of the way. He was a big help. I give them a five star because they made sure the process was fast and simple.

I use to think so highly of this company until I purchase a 2012 GMC Terrian that was completed rotten out on the bottom..the entire bottom of the truck started to fall apart..I cant thank God enough for allowing me and my kids safety during the process of me driving it on a daily basis..then they had the nerves to write me about the amount thats left on the truck after i drove it to them and dropping it off…I cant wait for my attorney to notify them just like they notified me…I wish it was a zero star that i can give..It’s sad that the DEVIL is willing to make a profit badly that they almost called me and my kids there life..So when you decide to purchase a vehicle from them I highly suggest that you crawl under it to make sure it isn’t water damaged and rotten for safety of your family..I’m totally blessed that i lived to tell this story..

I hate i got my car from here yall really dont need no stars ... They will sell you a messed up car a month down the line the whole car will fall apart then charge you to fix it im paying for more repairs than the price to get the dang car yall really scamming they price low but its all bad if you need something now that a high risk for next month. Smh
