Overall good customer service. Fast process easy to get through. There was slight issue when the finance fees and payments were being talked about. It seemed like the question wasn't being fully heard so it felt like we kept having to repeat the question.

I loved my experience at TitleMax Title Loans! I was able to get exactly what I needed and without the stress of needing a loan to pay the loan. The staff, particularly Gina was professional and explained everything minus the bank jargon. And she was so nice! Diana was absolutely amazing, she explained the entire process from beginning to end. She explained all the benefits of setting up direct deposit to the Universal Silver card. She even explained I can load funds on the card through Walmart which was never explained to me when I went to another location. She explained how the refinancing works and I felt like I was in capable hands. I really trust her.

Tony Johnson did absolutely amazing! He really walked me through the whole process. Update; after being told that I cannot come back and pay the loan for 4 to 5 days, I was told by pay I would be 2028 if I paid it off by Friday which was three days after I got the loan. Which I was going to do. I then saw an app, that I had to pay almost 2600 to get my car title back. Even though it’s only been three days. Definitely will be contacting with corporate and figuring this out, because I am not paying the interest.
